★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Walked in and within 30 minutes they had replaced my broken screen on my iPhone and gave me a screen protector along with the repair. They do the repair right in front of you so your phone is not out of sight. Highly recommend if you’re in a pinch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store with my gf to change screen protector for her iphone 6 plus. The owner showed us and suggested a product. He said the cost is 12 euros plus 3 euros for the replacement procedure. We didn't agree to pay for the placement of the protector and he agreed to put it for free. We also bought a sleeve for a laptop. The other day, we noticed that the phone selfie camera did not work. We took it to another store and they showed us that the screen protector was not the proper one for iphone 6 and was covering the camera with a black frame!! They changed it and they put a new one. When we returned to the TechGadget Store with their screen cover they refused to compensate us for a mistake that was 100% their own fault (which they agreed). Its a completely shameful and unprofessional behaviour from a store that claims to be hi-end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had forgotten my Mac charger when visiting Athens. The service at this store was extraordinary. I had to get cable and charger, and the owner offered me the charger for free. This was far beyond what I had expected, and though we have quite a few adapters at home, I will cherish the one we got as a little Souvenir and reminder of the most excellent, welcoming, friendly customer service. Thank you. Highly recommend for your expertise as well!
