 Closed, while telling the answering machine that it was opening. Nobody picked up the phone, while the call center stated that all the lines were busy ....

Paid order in early December. December 4 confirmation and code for speedex. Speedex never recognized a password. Lost the package ??? Phones never answer. Not even in email. I'm sorry but I had to write it in public and someone would be honored to answer me

Είχα παραγγείλει μια υφασμάτινη ντουλάπα και εκτός από το ότι έκανε 2-3 εβδομάδες ενώ ο προβλεπόμενος χρόνος ήταν καποιεσ μερεσ μόνο ...όταν πήγα να την παραλαβω μου είπαν ότι ήταν άλλο χρώμα από αυτό που ήθελα και όταν ζήτησα να την δω ήταν άλλο χρώμα από αυτό που νόμιζαν και οι ίδιοι ! Λυπάμαι !λίγο επαγγελματισμό την επόμενη φορά
Unacceptable !!!! I had ordered a fabric wardrobe and apart from the fact that it took 2-3 weeks while the estimated time was only a few days ... when I went to pick it up I was told that it was a different color than what I wanted and when I asked to see it it was a different color from what they themselves thought! Sorry! A little professionalism next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ πήρα 3 ηλεκτρικές οδοντόβουρτσες μόλις χρειάστηκα οδηγίες μου απάντησαν αμέσως ..επίσης το δέμα ήρθε σε 2 μέρες σε προσεγμένη συσκευασία
I got 3 electric toothbrushes as soon as I needed instructions they answered me immediately ..also the package came in 2 days in a careful package

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειλικρινά δεν καταλαβαίνω που δυσκολεύτηκαν στην επικοινωνία οι υπόλοιποι στις κριτικές εγώ επικοινώνησα μέσω Facebook και επί τρείς μέρες ΜΟΥ ΑΠΑΝΤΟΎΣΑΝ ΑΝΑΛΑΥΤΙΚΟΤΑΤΑ ΕΝΤΌΣ 1 ΩΡΑΣ.
Έκαναν μια επισκευή σε κινητό που διαθέτω εδώ και 5 χρόνια αντί να μου πουν το γνωστό "είναι πολύ παλιό για να κατασκευαστεί απλά πάρε άλλο" και σε πολύ οικονομική τιμή.
Ευχαριστώ πολύ ☺️
I honestly do not understand that the others in the reviews had difficulty in communicating.
They did a repair on my cell phone that I have had for 5 years instead of telling me the familiar "it is too old to be built just get another one" and at a very economical price.
