★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε επικοινωνία που είχα μαζί τους για επαγγελματικό φακό της Philips που ήταν εντός εγγύησης και είχε κάποιο θέμα, αρνήθηκαν να δεχθούν ότι έπρεπε να επισκευαστεί όπως ορίζουν οι κανονισμοί και ενώ μίλησα και με τον "υπεύθυνο" και πήγα να του εξηγήσω με άκουσε για λίγο και μετά μου είπε αν τελείωσα γιατί έχει και άλλες δουλειές... Μετά από επικοινωνία με την ΙΔΙΑ την Philips μου αντικατέστησαν τον φακό λόγω ελλατώματος χωρίς να επιβαρυνθω ούτε μεταφορικά (επειδή ήρθε από Γερμανία) ούτε τίποτα. Απαράδεκτη αντιμετώπιση και δεν πρόκειται να δώσω ούτε ευρώ σε επιχείρηση με τέτοια αντιμετώπιση προς τους πελάτες. Σε περίπτωση που αρνηθείτε κάτι έχω την απάντηση της Philips και το χαρτί για την αντικατάσταση του φακού οπότε θα βάλω και τις φωτογραφίες εδώ να να τα δούν και οι πελάτες σας και οι εν δυνάμει πελάτες σας.
When I contacted them about a Philips professional lens that was under warranty and had an issue, they refused to accept that it had to be repaired as required by the regulations and while I talked to the "manager" and went to explain to him, he listened to me for a while and then he told me if I finished because he has other jobs ... After contacting HIM himself Philips they replaced the lens due to a defect without being charged either transport (because it came from Germany) or anything. Unacceptable treatment and I am not going to give a single euro to a company with such treatment to customers. In case you refuse something I have the Philips answer and the lens replacement paper so I will put the photos here for both your customers and your potential customers to see.
