Friendly staff good prices worth a look if you are renting a car

We called the rental service on Sunday, in order to rent a 4x4 and go to Balos beach, as we also informed them. The guy on the phone assured us that they had a car and we agreed to meet on their office on Monday morning. Before getting there we called them again and the same guy told us that they had the car that we asked for and we should go to the office to get it. We walked there (as we did not have a car), just to be informed by the employee that they did not have the car. She told us that they had another one (compact), which they could not give to us, because we wanted to go to Balos. We left the office and tried to call the guy that we made the deal. He did not respond to any of our calls. To sum up, we made a deal so we stopped searching for a car, we walked there, left with empty hands and lost the whole day, as it was too late to plan something away from the town. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

We were very satisfied with our service. We worked with Maria, who was very polite and helpful. She also gave us great advice recommendations for beautiful places to go. The transaction in total went very smoothly.

To my surprise this Travel Agency was hosted by an old acquaintance from a hotel I stayed in.The customer service was as usual impeccable and her local knowledge is invaluable.I heartily recommend this place for all your travel needs.I hope her boss/ husband appreciates her !!!

By far the WORST rental service I have ever faced. At the beginning they tried to give us another car than the one we had ordered presenting that as “better” although that was not the case at all. The second day of the rental our car wouldn’t start, they came to help us after 8 hours and with the minimum communication in the meantime that was all driven from our side. In one of the calls the old guy that runs the business even started swearing at me because I was asking for a solution after 6 hours of waiting. After them arriving at the place where we were late at night, and btw the place/beach we were was recommended by the rather friendly lady they have at the office, they started shouting at us because the car was low in fuel. That was indeed the case as we were planning to leave 8 hours earlier than they came and go to the nearest fuel station that we had checked that was 4km away. However the station was closing before they arrived. They brought another key so the car could start, and one of them agreed to drive the car back. We were several times close to crashing on the way back as the guy was driving extremely dangerously and fast, totally not following the driving rules and limits, and although we several times kindly asked to drive slower he didn’t do it as he wanted to go home as he claimed. Driving fast he passed 3 open fuel stations that’s he didn’t stop as he didn’t notice them. As we had already drove more than 40km and the fuel was dangerously going down, I asked him to turn back to the gas station he just passed. He went furious and started threatening me, shouting and swearing, using the worst of language and continuously blaming us. He was so upset that in the nearest city, he left us and went away!!!!! Without fuel in the middle of nowhere at midnight!!! Even the local people that kindly helped us couldn’t believe it. If that was not enough THEY EVEN KEPT OUR DEPOSIT MONEY!!!! There are plenty of other rentals in the island. Just pick something else if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble in case something goes wrong. Totally terrible experience that left a bad feeling for a place that is very famous for its hospitality and friendliness.
