Παρασκευή πρωι ξανατηλεφωνω. Ο ίδιος κυριος απορεί γιατι δε με καλεσε ο τεχνικος ... ζηταει συγνωμη και με καθυσηχαζει οτι εντως 10 λεπτων θα με καλεσει αλλος τεχνικος Παρασκευη μεσημερι με καλει τεχνικος παιρνει τα στοιχεία που θέλει κτλ και μου λεει Πως μέζρι τις 19.00 θα προσπαθησει να ερθει αν όχι θα με καλεσει για σαββατο πρωι. Ειναι σαββατο 10.30 ακόμα με καλουν.... Thursday I call for the first time. A polite gentleman replies and informs me that "soon" the technician will call me on my subject. Nobody called me. Friday morning I call again. The same gentleman wonders why the technician did not call me ... he apologizes and reassures me that in 10 minutes another technician will call me Friday noon a technician calls me, gets the information he wants etc and tells me How poorly at 19.00 he will try to come if not he will call me for Saturday morning. It is Saturday 10.30 they are still calling me ....
N	Nikiforos Vlachias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, αποφάσισα να αναρτήσω μία αξιολόγηση καθώς, η μοναδική που έχει κείμενο αυτή τη στιγμή (18/12/2021) αναφέρει απλώς αναξιοπιστία των τεχνικών στις κλήσεις και στα προγραμματισμένα ραντεβού τους με τους πελάτες. Στη δική μου περίπτωση, επισκέφθηκαν ΑΜΕΣΩΣ ένα συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο, από το οποίο μάλιστα ζήτησαν και έλαβαν ένα ποσό σαν προκαταβολή για το εξάρτημα που παρήγγειλε. Εδώ και 10 μέρες και έχοντας ήδη προγραμματίσει δύο (2) ραντεβού στο χώρο, δεν έχει εμφανιστεί κανείς και φυσικά χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση αλλά ούτε και απάντηση στα τηλεφωνήματα. Unacceptable service, I decided to post a review as the only one that has text at the moment (18/12/2021) simply mentions unreliability of the technicians in their calls and scheduled appointments with customers. In my case, they IMMEDIATELY visited a relative of mine, from whom they even asked for and received an amount as a deposit for the accessory he ordered. For the past 10 days and having already scheduled two (2) appointments in the area, no one has appeared and of course without any notice or answer to the phone calls.
