β β β β β Beautiful resort with board (breakfast and dinner). The first front desk employee was great and very helpful. Our room (junior suite) was spacious. The front desk employee in the morning of our departure was not helpful, but she didn't mar the overall experience.

Beautiful resort with everything you need, friendly staff, delicious delicious food!
We booked the Executive Suite, it is two stories with a hot tub and a big balcony overlooking the pool and sea.
I have to highlight how polite and nice the staff were.
Highly recommended!

β β β β β A solid 4 star hotel by virtue of their friendly and hardworking staff. I stayed in a suite at this resort hotel over 10 days. The hotel has most of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed not too comfortable and the shower is quite weak and their old water tank still gives hot and cold water cycles. So your shower will constantly turn hot and cold which is pretty annoying.
I am impressed by their restaurant Elaion which I gave a separate review. The food and service is exceptional. Although I only had breakfast and dinner twice during my stay, it has nothing to do with their food or service but my desire to explore other restaurants. Good selection of choice in the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is quite generous with choice of food too. You have a 4 course meal every dinner, wine not included.
I also recommend taking a massage at the Spa to relax tensions, the masseuses are good.
Towels are replaced regularly and generously. The staff work hard to keep everything clean. I like the staff, they are warm, helpful and friendly which really make this hotel great and enhance my overall experience despite the shortcomings for the bed and shower.
Cleanliness 9/10, bed 6/10, shower 4/10, value for money 7/10.

β β β β β Great hotel with a private beach. The rooms were very nice and spacious, with all the necessary accomodations for a 4-star hotel and probably even better (lots of towels and cosmetics, slippers, bathrobes, etc) + a nice little balcony. The swimming pool is beautiful and the beach is literally two steps away (not the best beach but still great nonetheless). Breakfast is good even though we had more options in other hotels, but it was still rich and of quality. It was made better by the hospitality of the breakfast team manager which made us feel very welcome and confortable. You can have your breakfast in the terrasse, looking at the beach and swimming pool from one side and if you get the right table, you can also see the snowy mountains on the other side. Staff was always very helpful with a big smile and did their best whenever we asked for recommendations. Cleaning was always done perfectly, thanks to the great cleaning team.
The price is very affordable for a hotel of this standing.
The location is great also, with a lot of restaurants around and a dozen minutes by car from Chania. We would however recommend eating in Chania for authentic Greek food or in the hotel's restaurant (Elaion) instead of the surrounding ones.
tl;dr Great hotel. Spacious beautiful rooms. Great swimming pool. Definitely worth it.

β β β β β Iβm not an avid reviewer but, the quality of food (insanely amazing) and service from all of the staff - cleaners, cooks, front desk, spa, bar, and restaurant - deserves to be called out. It has been simply exceptional. The staff have been super friendly and rightly deserve to be recognised. Itβs a lovely resort, clean and with good amenities. Itβs well located for easy access to cultural sites up and down the coast. Highly recommend!

β β β β β What a fabulous resort! I cannot describe how happy we were with our stay. The staff, the food, accommodation, pool, private beach; just everything was exceptional. We did a spa day too, hot stone massage and it was one of the best Iβve ever had. We used the gym everyday too and it was very well equipped - my husband was very happy!
Thank you to everyone who made our stay so lovely. I miss my daily margarita already! Hope to be back soon ?
