Pros: beautiful hotel with landscaped garden/pool area, accessible to everyone and spotlessly clean. Staff were incredibly friendly. Quality of food at breakfast and at the pool bar was great. Location spot on, fantastic sea views from the cocktail bar and walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Cons: wifi doesn't work (it was useless and meant we couldn't fill out key traveller documents, v frustrating) and for this price i would expect tea & coffee facilities in the room (we had a kettle only, no coffee or tea) and a small bottle of water on arrival. We arrived at 9pm and had to walk to the nearby shop to get some after a day of travelling. Service at breakfast time was sometimes chaotic. Tables were left dirty and previous guests plates just left to sit there. Emergency exit sign in our room lit up the whole room with blue and green light, I can't understand why they've not changed these. I would also suggest management stop guests from reserving sunbeds: we managed to get a sunbed on only one day as we didn't get up at 8am to put towels out.

First impressions were good, nice gardens and pool areas. We had booked a deluxe room but we were a bit disappointed as only mirror did not have a plug nearby. The patio furniture were very mismatched. Lovely sea view but we paid a lot for it. Staff at pool bar were very nice and friendly.

Stayed at sister hotel The Alley boutique in Argostoli. But this place was a perfect hideaway. Lovely staff and great food. Glad we were able to use the facilities.

Amazing staff. Very comfortable room with beautiful view. Clean spaces, quiet ambiance, good breakfast, close to nice beaches. Only downside is a terrible WiFi service.

Where do I begin, well the rating is so so wrong this hotel is a minimum 4 star bordering on a 5 star anyone who says otherwise is delusional. The layout is beautiful with elegant touches of class all over the hotel, beautiful rooms, elegant furnishings, immaculately clean and well maintained. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful, the staff are FANTASTIC! Mario's cocktails are amazing, he is so knowledgeable. Yanis the chef is incredibly passionate about local food and makes sure everyone is happy, William at the pool and the bar on an evening is so polite and can't do enough for you, Lauretta, Alexandra & Athena making sure breakfast was well taken care of and around the pool on the afternoon, Carla on reception was always there for help and advice on places to eat and to visit and not forgetting Angela and Fanis the owners who were always there from early am to late pm and so lovely to talk to and were genuinely interested in your feedback. Paliostifada beach is a 2 minute walk and feels like a private beach and Christina who runs it is so lovely and takes care if everyone and is smiling. Don't hesitate booking Thalassa you won't be disappointed and we can't wait to go back, thank you for making our holiday very memorable ❤

Excellent spa hotel 10 minutes walk from Lassi strip. Modern facilities including a fabulous pool, wonderful helpful staff, plentiful buffet breakfast. By far the nicest accommodation we've stayed in 30+ visits to Greece and it's islands

Beautiful location about 10 minutes walk from the main road. Plenty of resturants within walking distance. Hotel itself was spotless, breakfasts were perfect with lots of local dishes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cocktails in the evening to watch the sun go down. Highly recommend it

Amazing, luxurious hotel, every attention to detail.Stunning, picturesque setting and views. Staff handpicked, friendly, warm and professional. Will and Ronatos always gave a warm welcome. Sylvia a truly amazing and gifted therapist. Delicious fresh breakfast included with varied choice. Food lovely at the pool bar, only constructive criticism is that certain dishes have small portions and waiting staff can be inflexible as to adding some pitta bread for example on request, rather than buying a full bread bowl, also drinks can be expensive, £4 for a soft drink, unnecessary price deterring repeat custom as frequently. This is a special place and my friends and I loved everything about it. Heaven on earth. Will definitely return.
