The owner Manolis is always around for any advice or information needed and is the most charming gentleman. Highly recommended for a stay o Santorini.

The owner, an older gentleman was EXTREMELY nice! A very genuine person Not nice like I want your business so I being polite kind of nice. The room was as advertised nothing more nothing less. The only thing I could say that wouldn't be a positive is that the bed was not the most comfortable. (I have a bad back so I notice these things easily) But over it was well worth the money, and the rate was cheaper than all other competitors. It's right on next to the beach. It's literally a 45 second walk until your on the sand. It's also one of the very few and beaches on the island..... P. S. There are multiple rooms /layouts. We choose the smallest available. The other larger rooms looked really nice. We got to see another room which looked very nice.

The rooms were spotless, cleaning service coming everyday and the apartments had everything you need to feel like home. The apartment is 2 minutes walking from the beach.
G	Genaro Solé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manolis, the owner, is extraordinarily kind, and maintains excellent communication with his guests. He is a very nice person, and is always willing to help. He has a cleaning staff that cleans the room daily, and can do laundry for no extra charge. The rooms come with all the basics needed for your stay. Air conditioning, TV, kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, glasses and utensils. The rooms are very well lit, and opening the windows keeps them very cool. The place has plenty hot water. From the terrace you can see the sea. The place is very quiet and has a large shaded parking lot for vehicles. The beach is less than 100 meters away, and can be seen from the terraces. The beach is wide, clean, with beach chairs and sun loungers and a variety of restaurants. The sand on the beach is black due to its volcanic origin, but of crystal transparency. The beach also has a giant parking lot, where you can fly stunt kites because it is windy all the time on this island. Extraordinary price/value ratio.
