Nice experience overall. A bit of expensive for the island of Tinos but it’s supposed to be a gastronomic experience. Staff was attentive and food was tasty. I didn’t like the fact that they ask you if you want to leave a tip. I’ve been in Greece for 2 months, nobody has asked me that. I know very well that if I want to leave a tip, nobody will stop me :)

Staff was so friendly, attentive and sincere. Dining atmosphere was exquisite and food was phenomenal. Went to the night dining and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, all is a great option. Would come here again

This is easily one of the most interesting and creative places to eat in Tinos. The menu is fresh and experimental, fusing local ingredients with Peruvian and Japanese elements seamlessly. Of course some dishes come out better than others but this is a (small) price to pay for being on the receiving end of creativity. Of special note is the cod with corn tempura which is really out of this world. Prices are steep but worth it. The staff is helpful and pleasant although perhaps the team has not reached the seamless integration that comes from working together for an extended period of time, yet. Only one complaint really: the wine list is relatively small and quite overpriced. This could be excused if the labels were limited or hard to find, but when these include wines you can find easily in any wine shop for 16 euro, selling them for 65 is not really value for money. It’s an easy thing to calibrate I think and would make a real impact on overall customer satisfaction.

When Talent, Generosity, Hospitality, Heart, Delicacy meet, the result is beyond expectations! Not only the Chef @dimitriskatrivesis, his more than beautiful wife @mariada.s.pieridi and their team are AMAZING but the food is to die for!!! ??? A taste of heaven ??? A big shoutout to the Thama Restaurant!!! Definitely a must in Tinos!?

Perfect service. All measures against COVID are applying to the maximum so the client feels safe. The food is out of this world. Chef is serving as welcome dish homemade biscuits with olive oil cream and crackers with cuttle fish ink. The bread is also home made and believe me the portions are more than adequate for 2 persons. We have the stake for main and salad with tomato, pesto sauce and orange as a side. Everything great.

In terms of food we had a mixed experience: half of the dishes were realy good but the other half was mediocre to really bad. Our waiter was realy polite, in contrast with the rest of the staff. We asked before our arrival to bring our own wine (charging a corckage fee) but they refused (no problem with that) and upon our arrival they suggested an Ausie Chardonnay that was finaly below average quality. But what was realy outrageous, was that despite we commented to the waiter every single problem with our dishes (the most significant of them was the BURNT and thus BITTER paella, showing him the bottom of the pan) they didn't apologize at all, and charged every single dish and the wine. They didn't fell the need to say "sorry, the desert or the wine is on us". We paid almost 200 euros for a very unprofessional experience. Shame...

The best thing about the restaurant was the service. Our waiter was very polite, passionate, observant, a very pleasant character who made sure we most importantly enjoyed the evening and had a memorable experience. If I remember correctly his name was Dionysis. The quality of this service should be used as an example by world renowned restaurants to follow. As far as food is concerned, we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is using local products to create a distinctive tasting experience. Although the restaurant’s design concept might not be fitting perfectly to an island vibe, the food definitely showcases the unique taste of local products Tinos has to offer. The Squid Balls with Truffle Mayo, the Slow Cooked Lamb and the Fish Carpaccio with Mango were the highlights of the night. The prices are a little bit on the upper side compared to the other restaurants in Tinos, however, all dishes have been so carefully conceived and prepared that it is worth a visit.
