★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very friendly hotel. Tea/coffee making facilities. Milk and a spoon would be good. Extremely firm mattress send pillows. Everything else was good and we will certainly return. Good location in the centre of Argostoli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love most about this hotel is the gracious staff who know my name and how I like my coffee. They are very sweet to my pets and always greet me with a smile. The hotel is very well located in the main square and the rooms are spacious, modern and have great views of the sea and the city. Highly recommmend, English speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at The Alley on a work trip. Rooms clean, large and modern. The two staff at reception and the cleaner/lady managing the breakfast were all attentive, helpful, caring and excellent all around. Fantastic location. Despite not being my usual aesthetic, I greatly enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and there is a calm garden with a plug socket which is perfect for getting work done. Great value too. I would happily stay again.

The Hotel is perfectly situated, right on the edge of Agorstolli central to everything, including the most exquisite restaurants. Our boutique style Luxury Loft room was perfect , with a harbour view and fabulous quirky design. Despite all its wonderful attributes, the thing that really sets Alley Hotel
apart from all other Hotels is it’s fabulous Team. Lead wonderfully by Tetti, the Team here really could not do enough to make our stay outstanding. They are fabulous. We loved every second of our time in Kefalonia thanks to team Alley. Special mention to Tetti, Lillia and Georgia who without doubt are the finest in the industry. Thanks again Team Alley, we were sad to leave but for us this will be an annual event x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel and great city centre location, careful which rooms you have. All odd numbers view onto a derelict concrete unfinished building. Rather an eyesore. Staff work really hard. Breakfast great. A bit of a concerned about lack of sustainability, towels changed every day, unfinished soaps just binned a shame, A blond women with a America accent we believe to be the owner was seen lounging around on the front desk cabinets and on occasion having heated discussions with front of house staff. When showing people around even knocked on our door waking us up, claiming she was doing room checks?? Not too professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were sent to this hotel at 2am by TUI when our flight to Manchester was cancelled.
From the off the staff were gracious, friendly and organised even in the middle of the night, dealing with very tired and grumpy travellers.
The rooms are clean, fresh and bright with mini fridge and television.
The bed is comfortable with crisp white sheets and we slept extremely well.
Continental breakfast with bacon and eggs was also pleasant, our thanks to the chef.
The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing which is more than can be said for TUI - thank you for accommodating us in our time of need.
Would definitely book to stay here in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just returned and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are lovely the rooms are great. The breakfast was of good choices. Don't be put off by some people they're the sort that like to moan in life about trivial things. For the money it's fantastic. We went into Lassi daytime's and found some fantastic restaurants in Argostoli for evenings. Our favourite was Casa Grec then Serpia.
