The Boathouse - Kamari Beach Road

The was a nice hotel to stay at. From day one we had warm greeting from Ana. She got us settled in to our room. Later she took the time to make suggestions for the entire island. Ensuring to mark everything on a map for us. That evening we had drinks made by Ana at the bar by the pool. The room was good size. Had an armoire for clothes. Small refrigerator kept drinks cold for us. The air conditioner works good to cool the room. There is a patio to the room that fits two chairs and a bistro table. Nice to sit and look over the pool and to the ocean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. They pretty much make whatever to order. The girl serving (didnt catch name) was very nice and patient when we were deciding what to order. (Small suggestion would be a menu to help decide). The service for breakfast is pool side or they will bring up to your patio. Everybody working there seemed to help each other which was nice. This is a nice family owned and run hotel. They treat you like family and make sure you have everything you need. Can't wait to bring our niece here.

super nice. The owners are a super sweet. The breakfast is the best - same like a 5star hotel. whole hotel area is super super nice with a nice clean pool and just right at the beach. Supermarket, restaurants etc with 10 sec. walk. The rooms are "easy" with everything you need and a good cleaning service. The bathroom is fantastic and was recently renovated. The rooms dont have the best "sound proof" - at least the ones on the main floor; that means you can nearly hear everything from the other rooms :-) but you should spend your day anyways at the breakfast, pool, beach, dinner etc so I think that is OK anyways :-) We really recommend this place. Great value for money.

We keep going back, and have already booked for next year. A warm welcome with spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, swimming pool on the beach front, a great bar and amazing breakfast. Add in the local owners Spyros and Diane and their great team who go out of their way to ensure your stay and enjoyment of their beautiful island is complete. Outside there are some of best restaurants anywhere I have ever been, the local wine is outstanding and inexpensive. Book direct with the hotel for the best deals. We may see you there!

Really beautiful little hotel with the most stunning view of the sea, right from your room. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of choice and everything comes very quickly. Staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, can’t do enough for you! Conveniently placed next to a great supermarket that has EVERYTHING you need. The own a restaurant a stones throw from their hotel, Almira Restaurant, where you can use their sun loungers. Great food here too!

Amazing hotel! The pool is gorgeous right by the ocean. Diane, Will, Spyros, Iosif, and Tina - thank you so much for creating the most beautiful stay on our honeymoon! The pool bar is great! The breakfast is delicious - omelettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, fruit; all made to order for you! Incredible hospitality, really felt like a home away from home. I would recommend staying here in Kimari and visiting Fira, Oia and Akritiri by ATV. It was very nice to be able to come back to the area that was more relaxing and with many restaurants around!

Great place to stay for a beach getaway! Location was very central in the middle of the city center and just across the road from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to answer our questions. Awesome stay

It's a nice little hotel on the beach. Got seaview rooms. You can enjoy the sunrise and moon from the room balcony. The staff are very welcoming. Their service is top notch. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!!! Amazing selection at breakfast bar. The food is yummy and fresh. They arranged for airport pickup and drop-off service as well (gotta pay separately though).

We stayed here for 10 days early June 2022. What can i say was truly tremendous. Sea view ground floor room perfect. Staff perfect very friendly and helpful. Breakfast beyond all expectations we had heard it was good but it was better than that it sets you up for a day on the beach which is either a minute away or 15 if you want to walk along the promenade and choose your beach chair. Hotel is beside lots of excellent restaurants. This was my first time in Santorini and this is a hotel we will return too. Hits every button. Many thanks to Diana and her wonderful staff.10/10
