We are a very passionate team, specializing in web and graphics communication. We started in 1990 and have been fortunate enough to have created cool projects and had a positive effect on the people we’ve worked with. Από τη στιγμή που μπήκα στο μαγαζί ήταν απότομη και αγενής τόσο προς εμένα ως και προς τη νεότερη συνάδελφό της. Στη συνέχεια και ενώ με εξυπηρετούσε μια ευγενέστατη κοπέλα η νεότερη (γι'αυτην και μόνο τα 2 αστέρια) ήρθε πάλι με έντονο ύφος να μου πει εαν θελησω κάτι να της πω γιατί δεν εξυπηρετούσε κανέναν. Εκείνη την στιγμή θέλοντας να δω με την ησυχία μ απάντησα, ευχαριστώ αν θέλω θα σας πω και η απάντηση της ήταν "καλά ντε". Ισως θεώρησε έντονο τον τόνο της φωνής μου, δεν ξέρω πάντα μιλάω έτσι, αλλά είναι καλό να μην ειρωνευόμαστε πελάτες με αυτόν τον τρόπο. Μάλλιστα όταν της απάντησα να είναι πιο ευγενική αντι να πει έχετε δίκιο με συγχωρειτε δεν είχα τέτοια πρόθεση ηταν επιθετική και άρχισε να σχολιάζει εντονα και ενω βρισκόμουν μέσα στο κατάστημα ακόμα, με την κοπέλα του ταμείου, χωρίς μια συγγνώμη μέχρι να φύγω από το μαγαζί. Θα ήταν καλό να αναθεωρήσετε τα κριτήρια πρόσληψης του προσωπικού σας, δεν αρκεί η εμπειρία χρειάζεται και τρόπους πολλές φορές η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Τέλος σαφώς και δεν αγόρασα τίποτα, επιλέγω να δίνω χρήματα σε εταιρείες που φροντίζουν καλύτερα την εικόνα τους και σέβονται τον πελάτη. I am referring to the Metro mall Ag. Dimitriou. In fact, when I answered her to be more polite instead of saying you are right, forgive me, I did not have such an intention, she was aggressive and she started commenting loudly and while I was still in the store, with the cashier girl, without an apology until I left the store. It would be good to review the recruitment criteria of your staff, not enough experience is needed and ways many times customer service. Finally, clearly I did not buy anything, I choose to give money to companies that take better care of their image and respect the customer.
Δ	ΔΕΣΠΟΙΝΑ ΒΥΘΟΥΛΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγαπώ τα προϊόντα της body shop. Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα στον Άγιο Δημήτριο η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό. Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε, αν θυμαμαι καλά την έλεγαν Πέγκυ, μου πρότεινε κάποια προϊόντα που δεν είχα δοκιμάσει και έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη. Θα επιλέξω ξανα το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για τις αγορές μου. I love body shop products. In this store in Agios Dimitrios the service was impeccable and the staff extremely polite.
