โ โ โ โ โ We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Dilan during our visit to Athens in October 2021! it is perfectly located minutes away from the famous Plaka and has an abundance of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The service was impeccable and there was attention to detail in every aspect of our stay be it toiletries, hand sanitizer, face masks, etc. The room was beautifully decorated and catered to our needs perfectly. It was also very clean and well lit which was super important to us. We will absolutely book again!

โ โ โ โ โ We went to Athens on September with my two kids, wife . The place is a piece of architecture and simplicity the use of space, high ceiling and stone walls gives you great energy all day long. The apartment itself is minimal design and yet gorgeous. The owners are wonderful people they helped us a lot regarding everything we needed, cleaning service is a great addition. If anyone is visiting Athens and want the ultimate experience I would like to recommend The Dilan for sure. The location is very accessible it's like 1 min walk to metro Station and Acropolis is right around the corner, museum as well Thank you for you outstanding hospitality and kindness.

โ โ โ โ โ I am so impressed. Usually photos show the best of a place, but itโs much larger and the ceilings much higher than they appear. Very clean and functional. The charm and friendliness also do not come through in the photos. I knew the location was great, as I have stayed up the street before, but if you are in Athens for the first time, itโs quite perfect. Only a couple of blocks to the Acropolis Museum and near all of the action, but down a smaller street that is very quiet. Also, there is a laundromat just down the street, a real bonus if you are staying for a few days or traveling through. This is the first time I will say this, and probably the last, but the place is underpriced for the value. It really feels like a charming little club for those who have discovered it. Self check-in was high-tech and well thought out.

โ โ โ โ โ Clean, beautiful, affordable and centrally located. The owner, Ilias, is an architect and it shows. Gorgeous place but the best thing about this place is Ilias. He was beyond kind and helpful. We ran into problems trying to get a COVID test on a National holiday and he Really went above and beyond to help us call our airlines, print out QR codeโs, etc. I even tried to give him a tip because he was so helpful but he wouldnโt accept it. I canโt recommend this place enough!
