★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing!Totally urban area with lots of spots for nightlife and chilling cafés that you can feel the vibe of the Atheneans,located just a few minutes from the higher hill of Athens Lycabetus,named after the habitans of this hill in the ancient times(Lykos=Wolf).
The best view that you could ever have of the city.The complex is also equiped with huge balconies that you can surely enjoy high heat Athens summer nights.
Recomended by definition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a small apartment for one week for two. The place was clean and neat, modern, Ikea style. There was everything you need for a short stay including hair dryer or a cooker. The terrace on the roof was a highlight - with a view on Likavitos mountain - a nice place to have a rest after sight seeing along with a glass of wine. Area around was nice as well - just opposite there is a wine shop were you can buy variety of local wines, there are plenty of cafes or small pubs. It is 15 mins walk to Omonia square, approx 30 mins to Acropolis or 30 mins climb to Likavitos mountain with a stunning view on Athens.
The only thing we could complain was some noise outside due to some renovation works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The host kept asking the arrival time (although I answered answered), and upon arrival, no one showed up. Another group of people was there too... wondering, standing in thhis tiny "hall". Had to wait about 35 min before someone showed up, finally, to tell us that the room wasn''t ready .... he did not even feel bad, he did not propose to wait on the roof top (which has a cool view though!), he seemed all overwhelmed. Finally we had to wait... almost 2 freacking hours... yeah, after a long trip flight, really not ideal... the room was ridiculously small (but clean nevertheless). But the worst was to come... clear the lack of soundproofing, whether inside or outside the building, we could hear every single sound !!!!! Finally, the location/ neighborhood, really not safe, especially at night coming back from bars or restaurants. I highly don't recommend this place, or only for young students maybe, otherwise you can find much better value for your money trust me ! Safe travel !
