I was celebrate my birthday and they help my family make a surprise for me with room full with balloons, birthday cake and more surprises. They hotel and the room was clean all time, and you can actually see the stuff big smile all time under the mask they were (due tocovid). Stuff like Georgina??‍♀️ and Giannis??‍♂️ is the reason to come back to this hotel. Thank you. Ευχαριστώ. ❤️

They went out of their way to make us comfortable, got us a some parting pastries, bottled waters for the city, that sort of thing. Really really nice. No on-site parking but they work with a parking garage that's a block away.
M	Mike K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel experience! From check in, daily support, extra help during Covid, the Team at the Excelsior was phenomenal! Highly recommend and would stay again. The room was great too, with a cool little balcony, which was unexpected. I was there for work and so by myself. If I were to go back with family I would get a bigger room to have a little more space. The location was close to the waterfront and I walked/ran by almost daily.

This place is worth it even just for the service. Everyone is so so welcoming and accommodating. We booked relatively last minute and they gave us the room we requested. They had macaroons and wine in the room, they offered us a drink upon arrival, they came by later to see if we need anything else. We were made to feel very welcome and it was so pleasant being there. 100% recommend this place, a special mention to Georgina and Iordanis!

The location is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and luxury personal care products are provided. The rooms have an espresso machine and guests are given a lovely complimentary bottle of wine, water and sweets upon arrival. The breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend!

The breakfast is rich and the breakfast area is so nicely decorated! The staff is more than helpful and always smiley. We arrived by car and they offered to us a valet parking! It is excellent for hotels in the city center, where the traffic is horrible! We stayed only one night but for sure It will be the place to stay for our next trip to Thessaloniki.

The location is right in the heart of city center - 2 minutes walk from the sea. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was beyond generous, helpful, and kind. They accommodated all of our needs - went above and beyond to truly made us feel welcome. My husband and I are so grateful for everything. Highly HIGHLY recommended!
