★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy rooms. No sound insulation on the room door and therefore everybody passing the rooms can be heard. Dated bathrooms but clean. Great breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is fine for those in transit, and I have been their client in the past, BUT you must be carefully if you must cancel your reservation. It does not matter if you comply with the cancelation policies, they still will charge your credit card claiming that it is your fault. It happened to me, although I sent to them two emails within the cancelation period without any penalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no words to describe the kindness of the people working in this Hotel. They gave our room much earlier then the standard check-in time, because we are travelling from Italy with 2 cats and even gave us complimentary breakfast. Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.
This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in (L). The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the (HN) offers everything you need if you don’t feel like

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fine hotel for a small stay, clean with decent breakfast options and friendly staff. The place is old of course but they seem to try to maintain it as clean as possible and the rooms smells nice. Now the bad news, rooms that have street view are extremely loud, the street is a 24 hours busy street and we couldn't enjoy our sleep (we stayed only one night anyway) the beds are uncomfortable with very soft "mattresses" but very hard pillows. Wouldnt choose it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and hospitable personnel. Fantastic restaurant space, working great even when the restaurant services are unavailable, nice and cosy rooms. Very cozy location, only couple of minutes to the Aristotle square and to the harbor. I enjoyed my stay at Le Palace Art. Thanks, guys!
