He poured us wine and had the best food recommendations of where to visit in Athens. His recommendations were sooo good! Best food we had our whole trip. Thank you Vahan. Incredible memories made! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing time working with Vahan at The Loom. We came on a Sunday when the shop was quiet and spent over an hour looking at rugs and learning the history of each one. The shop is exquisite—piled to the ceilings with beautiful, high quality, fair priced rugs. Our two beautiful rugs were shipped very quickly to the U.S. We couldn't be happier and can't wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vahan was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained the designs and history behind every rug and helped my wife and I pick the perfect rugs for our home. We bought 3 rugs and a table runner and they were delivered to my house in Texas in less than a month! I will only buy rugs in one place and that is with Vahan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I bought three large rugs and a few throw pillow covers from The Loom and we could not be more happy with our entire experience. We showed up early, just after they opened the shop and from when we first walked in until we left we were treated with incredible hospitality. I do not write google reviews often, almost never, but I had to write a review for these guys as our experience here was very nearly the highlight of our trip to Athens.
If you have an interior designer, do not send them in your place, in fact, do not come with them at all and you'll get the best price available. We live abroad and had them ship everything to us, it was done exceptionally and without hassle. Everything came in tact and without any damage whatsoever.
I truly think The Loom is Athens' best kept secret. If you want rugs or tapestries, this is the place to go.

We stopped by “The Loom” just to look at the pillow covers, I was so impressed by the rugs they have for sale. Theo was very friendly and we felt very welcoming. My husband decided to buy me a modern rug and two pillow covers. It looks so beautiful on my entrance living room.
