★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The veranda is beautiful (depending on where you are seated) and nicely decorated, the food is good (you will not find the preheated kind of plates here) yet a bit overpriced. The service was not on point as everyone seemed overwhelmed which is not quite a relaxing atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a magical place that gives you an amazing stay but also an experience that you will never forget. The room was very clean and we had acces to a terrace that was simply beautiful and it transported us to another world. The owners are so kind and responsive to our every wish. We are vegan and they took that into consideration at dinner and also at breakfast. And the dinner was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We had vegan burgers and vegan mousaka that will remain in our memories until next year when we will be back for sure. We stayed for only two nights, and we only left the hotel for a couple of hours to buy souvenirs. We simply didn't feel the need to leave. We've stayed in the library/lounge area, in the tree house and on the terrace, for most of our stay.
I recommend it as it was the best location I was in so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, nice dishes, friendly people, the place is AMAZING, spectacular place inside the oldest tree in Europe over (1000 years old). The restaurant is pet friendly also and the owner takes care of the strays also. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for diner and although we were a bit late we were greeted with enthusiasm! The food was fantastic, really tasty and fresh. Plus there were a lot of vegetarian options in the menu. For me the highlight was the veranda were we had our diner! Full of flowers, next to a small stream and although we were next to the main square of tsagkarada we felt like we were in the middle of the forest! Such a unique experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like whatever I write here won’t do this hotel justice. This is the most beautiful, romantic, pet friendly hotel I have been to. The owners are helpful and friendly, the location is central and perfect, the interior design is literally like a fairytale. Must visit.
