Έκλεισα δωμάτιο 1,5 μήνα νωρίτερα, στο ενδιάμεσο πήρα τηλέφωνο για επιβεβαίωση της κράτησης και να προσθέσω ακόμη μία μέρα διαμονής. Την ίδια ημέρα της άφιξης και ενώ ήμασταν ήδη καθ οδόν πήρα για ακόμη μια φορά τηλέφωνο να επιβεβαιώσω για τυπικούς λόγους, ότι θα φτάσω αργά το απόγευμα και η κυρία μου είπε ότι το δωμάτιο της κράτησης μου ήταν ακόμη κατειλημμένο από προηγούμενους και ότι δεν είχε σκοπό να τους διώξει με αποτέλεσμα να μας αφήσει ξεκρέμαστους καθ οδόν για τις διακοπές μας! Τραγική συμπεριφορά. Τελος. I have never encountered more unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! I booked a room 1.5 months earlier, in the meantime I got a phone call to confirm the reservation and add another day of stay. On the same day of arrival and while we were already on the road I got on the phone once again to confirm for formal reasons that I would be arriving late in the afternoon and my lady told me that my booking room was still pre-occupied and had no purpose to chase them resulting in leaving us hanging on the road for our vacation! Tragic behavior. End.
