Η συσκευασία ηρθε σε Χριστουγεννιάτικο περιτύλιγμα(χωρίς να το ζητήσω ,οι άνθρωποι το έκαναν απο μόνοι τους), σε ένα κουτί με προστασία. Δυστυχώς η παράδοση έγινε με ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ κι η συγκεκριμένη εταιρία δεν προσεξε το προϊόν,με αποτέλεσμα να εχει μία ζημιά στην εμπρός πτέρυγα (ευτυχώς φτιάχνεται). Κι επειδή η Ελτα Κούριερ εκανε το κόλπο με το χαρτάκι κι πήγα στο κατάστημα,ειδα με τα μάτια μου πόσο δεν τους νοιάζουν τα προϊόντα. Απο " Το Αεροπλανακι" δεν έχω κάποιο παραπονο. My order was for a collectible Formula scale 1:18 (Felipe Massa, Sauber 02). Larissa-Athens distance. The package came in a Christmas wrapper (without asking, people made it themselves), in a box with protection. Unfortunately, the delivery was made by ELTA courier and the specific company did not pay attention to the product, as a result of which it has a damage to the front wing (fortunately it is being repaired). And because Elta Courier did the trick with the paper and I went to the store, I saw with my own eyes how much they do not care about the products. I have no complaints from "To Aeroplanaki".
