A	Adam G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This historical (1813) four-faced symmetrical obelisk, called Kolona, is made up of carved rocks and was a tribute to Great Britain by the Kefalonian Parliament. It's located approximately halfway along De Bosset Bridge and from a distance it looks like it is part of the bridge but in fact it's on a separate, non-accessible rectangular stone platform, just a few meters from the bridge. There used to be a small walkway connecting the obelisk to the bridge but it has since disappeared, possibly during the 1953 Ionian earthquake. It's rather ordinary looking other than at night when it's lit up in colorful lights.

A	Andrei Meroniuc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special. It can't be reached. There is no information about it. I heard it used to be illuminated in different colors, but when were there it was dark. I almost gave it 2 stars, but then I red it's history and it became more interesting.
P	Pierros Zevolis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice monument at the middle of the port, with beautiful colorful lighting during the evening hours. Nice spot for memorial photos, beautiful view of the Argostoli town from this point.
R	Rui Caetano Gordino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kolona or obelisk existed since 1813 and was the Kefalonian Parliament's symbol of gratitude to Great Britain. The obelisk had a plaque in four languages: Greek, English, Italian, and Latin with the inscription To the glory of the British Empire, which was mysteriously stricken in 1865, when the Greeks regained control of the island. Since then, the inscription changed according to the different ruling periods. There used to exist a small walkway connecting the obelisk to the bridge but now it has disappeared.
