★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice family run restaurant. Its terrace decorated with all sorts of plants, garden decorations and vines hanging on the terrace ceiling, it's a romantic place for couples and family friendly too. The food is like traditional Greek home cooked meals. I tried the soutzoukakia (traditional Greek meatballs) and it was very good! Their menu is quite large but because it's still a very small business, be prepared that not all the menu items are available. Best to ask the waiter for suggestions. The service is also nice and friendly. Also, as per many of the restaurants in Maleme, they offer some raki afterwards, but this was their familys recepie for lemon raki. It was sweeter and less strong as regular raki, and I think it's at least worth the try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I have been coming to this very beautiful restaurant for 6 consecutive years for his wonderful lamb in oven and just today we realized that the restaurant is not called either lamb in the oven nor family restaurant as we thought, but PERASMA. I hope from the photos you'll understand why we have fallen in love with this lamb. wonderful taste and smell, so fresh and tender that melts in mouth . A dish that makes you look forward in tasting it again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is amazing! The first time we came we thought it was so great that we booked to have our wedding meal here.
Every time we come to crete we have dinner here at least twice. The food is outstanding and the portions are very generous. But its not only the food that's great, but the family that own it, make you feel welcomed and special. They are amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The passing is a gem of a restaurant in Maleme. This family run restaurant serves authentic Cretan dishes alongside some very good European fare. Whatever you choose the food is of a very high standard. The restaurant is a lovely place to dine with a wonderful. atmosphere. This is in part due to the room itself. Open to the outdoors with vines crawling across the ceiling. Perfect for a warm Cretan evening. But what really makes this atmosphere special is the staff. Yiannis and his family are so friendly and will make you feel so welcome you’ll want to go back just to see them. If you’re staying in the Maleme area or just passing through you should pay them a visit. I don’t think you’ll regret it. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is super cute and they produce not only a delicious olive oil but also a very sweet, and enjoyable, rakia. Yum!
