Σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα, ηλεκτρικά στόρια, γυάλινα προστατευτικά στις βεράντες. Άψογος επίσης και ο χώρος της πισίνας. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα σου κόβει την ανάσα. Excellent apartments made with attention to the smallest detail. Modern, functional with smart design and expensive accessories. Screens in all windows, electric blinds, glasses on the verandas. Swimming pool is also great. The view to the sea takes your breath away.

Όλα υπολογισμένα μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομερεια σίγουρα θα σας ξαναρθουμε. Incredible hotel. It really has all the amenities one would want to rest. Everything calculated down to the last detail will definitely come back to you.
Ε	ΕΛΕΝΗ Π on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπέροχη αισθητική, δίπλα από τα Σύβοτα στην Πέρδικα. Πολύ ωραία δροσιά και ησυχία. Οι άνθρωποι δεν το έχουν φτιάξει άρπα κόλλα και έχουν βάλει μέσα έπιπλα και συσκευές που θα βρείτε σε ένα σπίτι κανονικό και όχι τουριστικό. Μπράβο πραγματικά. Όσο για την θέα που είχαμε στην πισίνα κάτι παραπανω από ειδυλλιακή. Και η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη όπως και όλα. Wonderful aesthetics, next to Sivota in Perdika. Very nice coolness and quiet. People haven't made the harp adhesive and have put in furniture and appliances that you would find in a normal, not a tourist home. Well done. As for the view we had at the pool something over idyllic. And the pool is spotless like everything else.
D	Dimitra Tsoukaneli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φανταστικά, πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια και πραγματικά ιδανικό μέρος για ξεκούραση. Πρέπει να είσαι οργανωμένος από φαγητά γιατί δεν έχει service ξενοδοχείου. Από κάτω έχει την παραλία Σοφάς η οποία δεν είναι οργανωμένη και αρκετά κοντά με το αμάξι, πολύ αξιόλογες παραλίες. Αν ανοίξει room service & pool bar θα είναι ιδανικά. Θα ξαναέρθουμε και του χρόνου ελπίζοντας να έχετε επιμεληθεί τα παραπάνω αναγραφόμενα! Fantastic, spotless rooms and a really ideal place to relax. You have to be organized by food because it does not have hotel service. Below it is Sofas beach which is not organized and quite close to the car, very remarkable beaches. If a room service & pool bar opens it will be ideal. We will come again next year, hoping that you have edited the above!

Εκτός αυτών διαθέτει κουζίνα με πληρέστατο εξοπλισμό, κάτι που μας ενδιαφέρει, διότι εγώ και η σύζυγός μου αποφεύγουμε τις ταβέρνες και τα εστιατόρια.Για όλους αυτούς τους λόγους βαθμολογούμε το κατάλυμα με άριστα. Spacious studio, spotless, away from the urban environment, with wonderful views, close to the sea, in the green and in the quiet of nature. In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen, something that interests us, because my wife and I avoid taverns and restaurants. For all these reasons we rate the accommodation with excellent.

M	Maria Athanassiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really * beachfront *...The next organized beach is a 5 Minute drive or 20 Minute walk...The Apartment rooms are very small..There is an awful smell that comes from the drains in the bath. Perdika is therefore an excellent base for day trips.
