The White Villa at Sani - Leonidou 12

Lovely place for summer holidays....In Sani White Villa you will find Halkidiki's finest scenery and greenest countryside.

The entire experience from booking, to arriving and staying in this superb villa was incredible. Pantellis (the owner) is so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions really quickly prior to arriving. We were a party of 9 people (6 adults and 3 children aged 1 to 8 years old). Pantellis took lots of time to show us the villa and the local area on arrival. The villa itself is very impressive and kept to a very high standard of decoration. It has everything one could possibly need including very fast wifi and a cinema room with a great projector and Wii-U for the kids. The garden is huge with lots of possible activities including basketball, table tennis, trampoline, football and bikes for cycling. The pool is excellent and heated and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. Pantellis went far beyond the call of duty in helping organise meals out for us in great local restaurants/tavernas as well as delivering orders of fresh fish and meat for our barbecues during our stay. He was always available and answered all queries almost instantly. He helped us plan various activities including hiking routes, walking routes for Thessaloniki, places to swim and even free passes to the Sani resort itself. I really cannot praise Pantellis and his hard work enough. He is a magnificent host and his main priority is always the happiness of his guests. If you are even thinking about booking, just do it. You won't regret it.

We had an amazing vacation at the villa of Pantelis. The house and garden are gorgeous with old trees and a great view. Pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Pantelis is an extraordinary host. The house was meticulously prepared upon our arrival. Pantelis is most attentive and responds to questions immediately. His recommendations for day trips and restaurants were just perfect. And on top of that, he is really nice, too.

Amazing location in the forest, you cannot hear a car at all, very relaxing. The pool is heated so can be used even at night. This villa has everything you need, bikes, basketball, table tennis, hot tub and we made use of it all! The grounds are large and very well kept, lots of space around the villa and beautiful flowers in the gardens. The pool and house was cleaned regularly. Highly recommend this villa.

Amazing luxurious villa.. We spent really nice family vacation. The view from the pool was magnificent and we enjoyed very much the hot tub as well. The interior of the villa is cozy decorated with spacious bedrooms and the big living room offered us some quality family time. Not forget to mention the hospitality of Pantelis, really in high level of standards!! He made us feel like home!! Definitely recommended!!

Amazing place! We had a fantastic time in the White Villa which is super clean and so comfortable! Both the interior and exterior are top class and we all enjoyed the pool (especially the kids)! Pantelis is an excellent host and his recommendations on places for swimming, for dining etc were really helpful! Will definitely go back soon!

We (5 audults, 3 children) stayed in The White Villa in April 2022. It was nothing less then amazing. The house is large - larger then you expect. The garden (XXXL) is manicured and offers complete privacy. Sports facilities, parking space, shade, sun - whatever you want: it's there. The view onto the sea and the Sani resort is spectacular day and night. The pool and jacuzzi make the experience complete. The villa inside is modern and has litterally everything you need to live there permenantly. And if it's not there: the owner will get it for you - same day. From game console to indoor cinema, BBQ and kitchen appliances one dreams of: yes it's there. Large bedrooms, large bathrooms, huge living and entertainment space... everything is large - yet comfy & cosy. We could not recommend this house highly enough. If the house, the pictures and all these 5* ratings are not convincing enough - the owner would convince you. From the very first contact before making our booking until the last second of our departure he took care of us. We travelled a lot, stayed in many great properties - but the personal service of Pantelis is unique. Kind, polite, attentive, generous. Thank you Pantelis for your warm hospitality.
