Amazing place for family time ?

Amazingly beautiful, good choice of SPA programs, friendly and helpful staff.

It was amazing, but the signs were terrible. We were spinning in circles for 30 minutes until we found the hotel.

****After “cleaning “ the staff left the doors open - No any safe for your things and the management don’t even apologize. ***Very poor cleaning at the room. **Basic things missing from the room. *Breakfast also very poor and exactly the same every day.

+ cheapest accommodation available in the area (150+€ per night); quiet location; spacious parking - road signs could be better; dirty apartment (we had an early Halloween due to spider webs on dirty windows); fruit flies everywhere and big ants in the bathroom and kitchen; kitchen is supposed to be well equipped but there is no water kettle available; drinking glasses and plates in the cupboards are not clean (with food residue and marks); they serve breakfast late than in most hotels, do not expect that breakfast buffet is ready at 8:30 (the opening time), 9:30 is the safest time to go; very poor internet connection, we could access the WiFi only at the half part of the couch (considering that our unit is next the their administration building); small tv is almost on the floor; pool area is noisy; poor water pressure (very poor); poor hygiene, we saw the bearded guy working in the kitchen blew on the drinking glass to clean the marks. Worst thing of all is their customer service! We just used the room to sleep, we prefer the quiet beach. On our second evening, the housekeeper left all the windows unlocked. Next day all the big windows we wide open (if you have been to Greece, you will understand how big the windows are). I immediately phoned the receptionist to inform the incident, she was kind enough to assure to me that the place is safe. All our things were in place but it is still not right for them to be that careless. Nobody spoke to us about the incident, no apologies, no follow up. The following day, they closed everything including the shutters, as if they are really annoying us. When we checked out, the receptionist told us that the housekeeper did not let our windows open. Seriously! I don’t actually mind if they do not know how to ask for an apology and I would appreciate if they just stayed silent about it instead of making us look that we were fabricating false claims which by the way will not benefit us in any way. I will NEVER recommend this POLYASTRON even on my enemy!

Leaving a review based on how Polyastron have treated us during this COVID pandemic - AMAZINGLY well. They have been fabulous! We had two flights cancelled from the UK due to the Greek government preventing UK arrivals in June 2020. We had excellent communications with Polyastron and they kindly refunded our money. I wish to book for next Sumner and await their new prices for 2021 to book. Fingers crossed we will get there to enjoy the Hotel and facilities.

The worst “hotel” we’ve ever stayed in! Horrible conditions, they put us in a “good” room for one night so for the next day to move us in a terrible villa, with the tiniest bedrooms you’ll ever see and the smallest bathroom in the world with old and rusty equipment. Not to mention the staircase in the villa that is almost impossible to climb, especially with luggages or for the children The towels smell horrible and don’t seem very clean… I recommend bringing your own…… They have plenty of swarms of wasps ?? and roosters and chicken between the villas who will enchanten you by screaming all day and all night. When we made a complaint, they said they are eco-friendly :) If you expect luxury from these “lux” villas, better stay home!!!!!! They use the cheapest things ever for making these villas. I will leave a photo that will show you more about the quality of the place.
