★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό κατάλυμα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες υπέροχοι άνθρωποι. Μείναμε με την κοπέλα μου 6 μέρες αύγουστο του 17 και πραγματικά τους αγαπήσαμε. Φιλόξενοι και πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι με την καλημέρα τους μας φτιάχνανε πραγματικά την ημέρα. Πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για τις ανάγκες των διακοπών. Βολικό και το μέρος στη μέση της καλής πλευράς του νησιού και δίπλα στις καλές ταβέρνες για φρέσκο ψάρι. Πολύ καλή και η τιμή του δωματίου. Το ξαναναφέρω γιατί έτσι είναι χρυσοί άνθρωποι ο Κώστας και η Γαρυφαλιά. Ο Κώστας είναι και ψαράς και με τα φρέσκα ψάρια του προμηθέυει και τις ταβέρνες δίπλα οπότε καταλαβαίνει ο οποιοσδήποτε οτι εκεί θα φάει καλό και φρέσκο ψάρι. Σε κάθε επισκέπτη δίνουν και οδηγίες για ότι χρειαστούν στο νησί με μεγάλη προθυμία. Θα επιχειρήσουμε σίγουρα να τους ξαναεπισκεφτούμε.
Very beautiful and clean accommodation. The owners wonderful people. We stayed with my girlfriend 6 days of August 17 and we really loved them. Friendly and very kind people with their good day made us really day. Clear room fully equipped for holiday needs. Convenient and in the middle of the good side of the island and next to the good taverns for fresh fish. Very good and the price of the room. I remind her because Kostas and Garyphalia are golden people. Kostas is also a fisherman and with fresh fish he supplies it and the taverns next to him, so everybody understands that there he will eat good and fresh fish. Every visitor gives instructions on how much they need on the island with great eagerness. We will definitely try to revisit them.

Thea Studios si trova nel piccolo villaggio di Kalamakia, vicino al mare e con 4 locande nei paraggi, mai troppo affollate. Ci si toglie davvero la voglia di mangiare del pesce fresco appena pescato. L'acqua del mare è calda e il vento non è mai eccessivo. Davvero consigliato.
Exceptional value for money. Friendly and helpful owners. Thea Studios is located in the small village of Kalamakia close to the beach and four inns in the neighborhood, never too crowded. It really detracts from the desire to eat fresh fish. The sea water is warm and the wind is never excessive. Really recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosta and his family are very kind people that will help you whenever you need help. The studios are really clean and perfect for spending your time. What's great is that from the terrace where you can have your meals you enjoy a beautiful view of the sea! Restaurants are literally few steps away and there's a mini market available in 5 minutes by car or motorbike.

Very thorough with cleaning.
Big rooms, good arconditioning without any smells.
The most amazing kitchen equipment you can get . This facility is filled with quality stuff and not just a few cheap items just to claim it has a fully equipped kitchen! More than enough cups, glasses, plates, cutlery EVERYTHING! There is an oven which functions with timer so that you can't forget it on, there is a toaster, even a frape mixer.
I didn't book from booking so there was no pressure that I may leave a bad rating. So the everyday thorough cleaning was due to the fact the owners care about their customers!

Peace, quiet and amazing view.
Big balcony
Only 2 complaints and thats why I don't rate 5 stars was that the initial parking to unpack is a bit difficult but after that there's plenty of parking a minute away.
The water in the shower comes from a well and sometimes it was hotter than I'd like.
