Για δυο συνεχόμενα καλοκαίρια η εμπειρια της διαμονής μας στο Thea Suites , ηταν παραπανω απο εξαιρετική. Τα δωμάτια ειναι ομορφα διακοσμημένα , μοντέρνα με κυκλαδίτικα στοιχεία. Καθημερινή περιποίηση και σχολαστική καθαριότητα! Πραγματικά , βρίσκαμε το στούντιο παντα φρέσκο και πεντακάθαρο! Ο Μάρκος ειναι πολυ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός , παντα διατεθημενος να βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει! Ολα τα δωμάτια ειναι ευρύχωρα και εξοπλισμένα! Σε ήσυχο σημείο ακριβως πανω απο την παραλια του Αγ. Προκοπιου με πανοραμική θεα! Τον ευχαριστούμε πολυ , μας εξυπηρέτησε και τις δυο φορες στα καλυτερα διαμερίσματα του καταλύματος! Αν και ολα ειναι προσεγμένα και άνετα! Σιγουρα θα τα ξαναπούμε ! Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα. Άψογο προσωπικό ευγενικό, παντα διαθέσιμο,,μεγάλα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Άνετα κρεβάτια και ποιοτικά λευκά είδη. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Ήσυχη περιοχή πολύ κοντα στην παραλία. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα!

Εξαιρετικά τα δωμάτια με τρομερή θέα! Πολύ καθαρά! Πολύ ευγενικό όλο το προσωπικό.

Excellent Suites! Very beautiful design with traditional influences. Great view of aghios prokopis beach. 2 min by car to the beach or a 15min walk. Prices for Suits for 4 people are very reasonable in off season dates. 70€ per night. The staff was very friendly. Room includes small kitchen, full size refrigerator bathroom with a shower, a set of bunk beds and one double bed.

Marcos is a great host! He is very flexible about some of our requests. Thank you Marcos : ) - Apartment: The view is amazing. We had both mountain view and the sea view. We were in Greece for about 15 days including Santorini including Santorini but what I enjoyed the most is waking up early in the morning, making a cup of coffee, relaxing on the cozy balcony with the views, and petting the cat (there's this super sweet cat with yellow white fur who loves to cuddle We gave her cat food and water daily). The bathroom has windows so there's no humidity in the room which is such attention to details. Kitchen is also good size as most I've seen are smaller. Coffee machine big plus. The apartment is very comfortable for a long-stay to make you feel home! - The garden: so well maintained and decorated! I'm always amazed by how beautiful it is. - Cleaning: It is amazing that the place was cleaned by a lady who comes in with her mask once per two days. - Location: For us it is ideal. It depends on which beach you like and what you like to do. It was necessary to have a car anyway to go to Naxos town (bus doesn't make you feel the mobility) and our fav beach. We are certain we'll stay there again!

STAY AWAY!!!! By far the worst customer service I have experienced in Greece. Thea Suites are absolute FRAUDS and so unprofessional. Travel restrictions and bans are back in place, Greece is high on the tier. We have been able to get refunded from every accomodation including flights we booked for our trip to Greece no questions asked. They first blamed it on booking.com saying they wouldn't refund the money. We contacted booking.com and actually got the real answer. They said Thea Suites wouldn't release the funds and that was the hold up, booking.com was very professional as they always are especially I the circumstances the world is in right now. Thea Suites is trying to rob people during a time when everyone is struggling, you should have some compassion. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves. I will be sure to never recommend your hotel to anyone. There are so many other amazing hotels in Naxos treat customers with respect and professionalism.
