Me and my family spent amazing time in Luxury Panoramic Penthouse. Everything was just perfect, the view is literally breathtaking and i have no words for the hosts! They were there anytime we needed something! We felt like home! Definitely we will come back again! Thanks Sterios for making our vacation unforgetable!

Just came back from Luxary Panoramic Penthouse. It was great, the apartment is spacious with all necessary items. The view from balcony is astonishing. Everything is sparklingly clean. Neos Marmaras down town is 5 min by walk.

Great apartment, equipped with all you need. Awesome spacious balcony with nice views. Top location, close to the city center and beach. Hospitable and helpful host, Sterios and his family will make sure you have great holiday.

My wife and child (two years old) and I spent three weeks at this hotel. Booked directly with the owner. The room is spacious, with a large TV and a well-equipped kitchen (a good stove, a fairly varied set of dishes, two coffee machines, including a nespresso :)). Large spacious balcony with sofa and table, all under a canopy. You can't hide from the heavy slanting rain, but it's quite enough to hide from the sun :) There is a barbecue on the balcony (we did not use it). There is no washing machine, but you can give the things to the owners, they can wash. Location: to the beach of Paradisos - seven minutes on foot, the same to the port. There are two shops right next to the hotel (twenty meters away). We went to Sunny - a small store, but with a good assortment, we even bought smetana (sour cream) there :) There is Lidl in about ten minutes walk. Two kilometers away - there is Masoutis, which is already a fairly large supermarket. If you have a car, it's convenient. On Thursdays in the morning there is a market in the port - you can buy there a lot: fruits, vegetables, seafood, cheeses, meat, wine and even clothes :) Neos Marmaras itself is located almost in the center of Sithonia, it is convenient to travel, to see the surroundings :) A separate story is the owners. Very welcoming people. I turned to Asterios on completely different issues - and on all issues he helped. To organize a transfer, to book a car - it seems easy, but everything was done quickly, I cannot complain. We are going to come back :)

The apartments are wonderful. A huge terrace with barbecue, where it's great to spend time. There is a minimal set of products. Photos correspond to reality, shops are within walking distance. Thanks to mom Sterios, for the gifts for our son. Sterios is a very pleasant and knowledgeable host, always ready to help.
