Das griechische Ehepaar spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und funktional ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und einen Kühlschrank. Im 1.Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Küche, in der sich die Gäste zum Frühstück einen Kaffee kochen oder aber auch ganze Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern eine Woche da und haben uns wirklich gut.erholen können, Alexia und Takis sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. A holiday with friends, a very clean little hotel, run by a lovely couple. The Greek couple speaks very good German and is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are adequate and functional. Each room has a well-functioning air conditioning and a fridge. On the first floor there is a kitchen, where guests can have a coffee for breakfast or prepare whole meals. We were there with our adult children for a week and have been able to recover really well. Alexia and Takis are very close to our hearts. We will definitely be back.

Τι να πεις για τους ιδιοκτήτες; Τα λόγια είναι λίγα να περιγράψεις την φιλοξενία τους και το μεράκι που έχουν βάλει στο ξενοδοχείο τους. Μόνο κ μόνο για τον κύριο Τάκη και την κυρία Αλεξία θα το προτιμούμε πάντα!!!!! A very nice and well-kept accommodation in the center of Marmara. What to say about the owners? There are few words to describe their hospitality and the taste they have put in their hotel. Only and only for Mr. Takis and Mrs. Alexia we will always prefer it !!!!!

Das deutschsprechende Besitzerehepaar Takis und Alexia (daher auch der Name des Hauses) haben die Zimmer liebevoll im landestypischen Stil eingerichtet. Eine vollausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche ist vorhanden. Unbedingt mal das Frühstück bestellen, es lohnt sich. Der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Zum Strand "Paradisos" läuft man 5 Minuten. Für Tips zu Ausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist Takis der richtige Ansprechpartner. In Neos Marmaras die schönste Unterkunft! Real Greek hospitality! The house already stands out visually. The German-speaking owner couple Takis and Alexia (hence the name of the house) have lovingly furnished the rooms in the style typical of the country. A fully equipped communal kitchen is available. Be sure to order breakfast, it's worth it. The sea view is beautiful. To the beach "Paradisos" you walk 5 minutes. For tips on excursions and sights, Takis is the right contact person. The most beautiful place to stay in Neos Marmaras!

The place is well kept and clean, certainly cleaner than similar high street places, offers a beautiful sea view, easily accessible both by car and walking distance to the city center. Mr. Dimitris and Mrs Alexia are one of a kind, they run the place investing the whole of themselves, I have rarely met proprietors of this warmth and kindness. Can hardly mention all of the services offered during our stay, we thank you so much for making our stay that beautiful. Will definitely return to this place which I recommend to everyone visiting Neos Marmaras. Thank you.
