★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλασσική στάση στην βόλτα στο cosmos. Πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία σε θήκες κινητού και αξεσουάρ. Το προσωπικό ευγενικότατο με πολλές γνώσεις και διάθεση να βοηθήσουν πάντα με χαμόγελο. Άριστος ο Γιώργος. Χίλια μπράβο.
 Classical attitude to ride the cosmos. Very wide choice of mobile accessories and cases. The staff very polite with a lot of knowledge and willing to always help with a smile. George is excellent. Thousand thumbs up.

Τζαμάκι κινητού xaiomi 9, που άλλαξα πριν λίγο καιρό με 5 €, σήμερα το άλλαξα στο κατάστημα αυτό με 15 € !!!!!
Φυσικά έμεινα άναυδη !
Νόμιζα πως δεν άκουσα καλά !
Δεν με ρώτησαν καν τι είδους τζαμάκι θέλω ή να με ενημερώσουν το πόσο κοστίζει....
Φυσικά δεν είχε ψυχή από πελάτες...
Τέτοια αισχροκέρδεια πρώτη φορά αντιμετωπίζω !
Λυπάμαι πολύ για την κατάντια ορισμένων , που στις πλατες μας προσπαθούν να βγάλουν τα σπασμένα της επιχείρησης τους ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η πολιτική του εν λόγω καταστήματος στην επιστροφή προϊόντος. Αγόρασε ο σύζυγος μια παιχνιδομηχανή η οποία είχε προδιαγραφές Αμερικής και όχι Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να το χρησιμοποιήσει και το επέστρεψε την αμέσως επόμενη μέρα. Η επιστροφή έγινε κανονικά αλλά χρέωσαν την προμήθεια τους εμβάσματος της επιστροφής σε μας. 4 ευρώ για δικό τους λάθος, αμέλεια η όπως μπορούμε να το πούμε. Για μένα δεν είναι τα 4 ευρώ αλλά η ανήθικη συμπεριφορά και το ποσό σέβονται τον πελάτη. Θα μας ξαναδείτε σίγουρα ....στα όνειρα σας
The policy of this store in returning the product is unacceptable. The husband bought a gaming machine that had American and not European Union standards so he could not use it and returned it the very next day. The return was normal but they charged their return transfer fee to us. 4 euros for their own mistake, negligence or as we can say. For me it is not 4 euros but the immoral behavior and the amount respect the customer. You will definitely see us again .... in your dreams

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα τζαμάκι για το iPhone 12 Pro Max δεν με ενημέρωσαν για τις επιλογές μου (στο site υπάρχουν δυο επιλογές) φυσικά μου έδωσαν την ακριβότερη(15€). Σε μια εβδομάδα έσπασε χωρίς να έχει πέσει και χωρίς να έχει χτυπήσει. Έβαλα καινούριο και σε τρεις ημέρες αναγκάστηκα να το βγάλω γιατί στη μέση του κινητού είχε ένα σκουπίδι. Μόλις το έβγαλα ειδα πως από τη μεσα πλευρά είναι σπασμένο στο σημείο που είχε σπάσει την πρώτη φορά. Αγόρασα το ίδιο ακριβώς 1,70€ από το Σκρουτζ. Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση-υπερκοστολόγηση

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγχαρητήρια στο κατάστημα κ στο προσωπικό!!Μεγάλη ποικιλία όχι όπως το public κ ο Γερμανός στο cosmos ντροπή για τους 2 υποτίθεται μεγάλους της αγορας τους βάζει τα γυαλιά σίγουρα θα ξανααγορασω προϊόντα από εκεί.
Congratulations to the store and the staff !! Great variety not like the public and the German in cosmos, shame for the 2 supposedly big ones in the market, puts on their glasses, I will definitely buy products from there again.
