Ειχαν καλο χρονο απαντησης σε ερωτημα για ενναλακτικο/όμοιο καυστηρα με αυτον που μου χαλασε.
Στα αρνητικα τους θα ηταν οτι δεν μπορεσαν να μου βρουν λυση για το προβλημα στον καυστηρα που ειχα (χαλασμένο ελατηριο στο flap valve του αερα) με αρχικη δικαιολογια οτι ήταν 30χρονων.
Στα ελαφρυντικα τους θα μπορουσα να πω οτι ουτε η ιδια η εταιρεια (Bentone) με βοηθησε.
Collaborating with them as Bentone representatives.
They had a good time answering a question about an alternative / similar burner to the one that broke me.
On the downside, they could not find a solution to the burner problem I had (damaged spring in the air flap valve) with the initial excuse that he was 30 years old.
In their relief I could say that the company (Bentone) did not help me either.
