Γ	Γεωργιος Λεμονης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλό μηχάνημα , αλλά όταν υπάρξει πρόβλημα για μια επίσκεψη Θεσσαλονίκη - Παλιούρι (120 χλμ ) , θέλουν 580 € συν τα ανταλακτικά !!! Αυτο είναι ληστεία ! Ευχαριστώ . Good machine, but when there is a problem for a visit Thessaloniki - Paliouri (120 km), they want 580 € plus spare parts !!! This is robbery! Thanks .

a	arivalsam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μέλλον στις Τραπεζικές συναλλαγές με φυσική παρουσία στα καταστήματα, είναι τα ΑΤΜ και τα μηχανήματα αυτόματων συναλλαγών μέσα στις Τράπεζες. Σπάνια βλέπεις κόσμο στα ταμεία. Η όποια ουρά δημιουργείται μπροστά στα μηχανήματα, οφείλεται στην δυσκολία και την προκατάληψη κάποιων ατόμων (κυρίως μεγάλων) στη αποδοχή και χρήση των καινοτομιών. Ενώ στη χρήση των ΑΤΜ έχω αντιμετωπίσει μερικές φορές προβλήματα (μη αναγνώριση κάρτας, έλλειψη αποθέματος χαρτιού ή χρημάτων κ.λ.π.), στα μέσα μηχανήματα δεν αντιμετώπισα ποτέ πρόβλημα. Λειτουργικά, φιλικά στο χρήστη, με επεξεγηματικές και διαδραστικές πληροφορίες βήμα - βήμα, διευκολύνουν και απλουστεύουν τις συναλλαγές μας. Από το ταμπελάκι, αλλά και από ερωτήσεις στα στελέχη των τραπεζών, βρήκα τον κατασκευαστή τους και έκανα μία διαδικτυακή αναζήτηση. Εκεί με περίμενε μία ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Οι ίδιοι κατασκευάζουν τους αυτόματους πωλητές στα πρατήρια υγρών καυσίμων, που δυστυχώς διαθέτουν λίγα πρατήρια. Έχω εξυπηρετηθεί δυό τρείς φορές από τέτοια "μηχανάκια", χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, άνετα και γρήγορα. Μία φορά ήταν απέναντι από το Νοσοκομείο της Χίου και κανα-δυό φορές σε πρατήρια της Βόρειας Ελλάδας. Κατά την ταπεινή μου άποψη πρέπει τα περισσότερα, αν όχι όλα, τα πρατήρια να αποκτήσουν αυτόματους πωλητές καυσίμων. Θα λυθούν πολλά προβλήματα (ουρές, μπλοκάρισμα αντλιών από οδηγούς που πάνε μέσα να πληρώσουν, φυσική έκθεση του χειριστή σε κινδύνους κ.ά.) Any queue created in front of the machines is due to the difficulty and prejudice of some (especially large) individuals in accepting and using innovations. While I have occasionally encountered problems with the use of ATMs (non card recognition, lack of paper or money etc), I never encountered problems on the average machines. Functional, user-friendly, with step-by-step explanatory and interactive information, facilitating and simplifying our transactions. From the board, but also questions from bank executives, I found their manufacturer and did a web search. There was a pleasant surprise waiting for me. They make the slot machines themselves at the gas stations, which unfortunately have few gas stations. I've been served two or three times by such "motorbikes" without any problems, comfortable and fast. It was once across from the Hospital of Chios and twice in service stations in Northern Greece. In my humble opinion, most, if not all, gas stations need to have auto-fillers. Many problems will be solved (queues, blocking pumps for drivers to pay, physical operator exposure to hazards, etc.)

It only worked for 2 weeks before having permanent hardware issues. TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SUPPORT TERRIBLE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ( they outsource their technical support to people with very low technical knowledge of their products/systems) ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY After having spent 35K for the automated refuelling terminals and their yearly service/technical support, which was a joke I expected a whole lot more. 3 YEARS I’ve been trying to get them (OTPs) to work properly and rectify the situation, spending too much money & time in the process and it was my business brand on the line, not theirs!!!
