★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορά παραδοσιακού τζακιού πυρότουβλου πριν 10 χρόνια, το οποίο τοποθετήθηκε σε ορεινό χωριό το οποίο επισκεπτόμαστε ελάχιστες μέρες το χειμώνα. Το τζάκι κάπνιζε εξ´αρχής, γίνανε μικροδιορθώσεις αλλά ποτέ δε λειτούργησε σωστά. Φέτος που αποφασίσαμε να το ερευνήσουμε, επικοινωνήσαμε με την εταιρεία και εισπράξαμε την περίεργη απάντηση ότι ΔΕΝ το έχουμε αγοράσει από εκεί, διότι δεν το αναγνωρίζουν ως δικό τους μοντέλο από τις φωτογραφίες που τους στείλαμε.
Συμπέρασμα:
1. Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μηδενική
2. Λειτουργία προϊόντος προβληματική
Purchase of a traditional firebrick fireplace 10 years ago, which was placed in a mountain village which we visit a few days in winter. The fireplace smoked from the beginning, minor repairs were made but it never worked properly. This year when we decided to investigate it, we contacted the company and received the strange answer that we have NOT bought it from there, because they do not recognize it as their model from the photos we sent them.
Conclusion:
1. Zero customer service
2. Product operation problematic
