Ο Έλληνας φορολογούμενος πληρώνει εκατοντάδες τηλεφωνικές γραμμές για την ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση του. Όταν όμως έρχονται για έλεγχο στην επιχείρηση σου, το παίζουν σερίφηδες..αν δεν είναι αυτό αλητεία, τότε τι είναι; I can call them indulgently miserable. He never answers the phone in any office. Κορυφαίο συμβάν έχω καταθεσει υπεύθυνη δήλωση με σφραγίδα απ'το ΚΕΠ.. Κ θέλουν άλλη υπεύθυνη δήλωση που να λέει ότι όντως αυτή είναι η υπογραφή μου! Υπεύθυνη δήλωση της υπεύθυνης δήλωσης! Ελλάς το μεγαλείο σου! Ενημέρωση 1 μήνα μετά.. Επειδή η υπάλληλος δεν μπορεί να σηκωθεί να πάει στο διπλανό τμήμα να δει την υπεύθυνη δήλωση για το γνήσιο πρέπει να κάνω ακόμα μια! Είναι γελιοι πραγματικά! Employees who do not even know their own job .. the least I can say is that they sleep upright! Τους ζητάς να εξηγήσουν διαδικασίες και σου φέρονται λες και ζήτησες βίζιτα - Καθυστερούν σε βασικά πράγματα (π.χ. φορολογικές ενημερότητες --> έχει τύχει να περιμένω 20 ημέρες για ένα απλό χαρτί και να πρέπει να τους κυνηγάω στα τηλέφωνα) - Ελλειπής έως και ανύπαρκτη οργάνωση. Σου λένε να στείλεις email για απορίες ενώ τα απαντάνε το νωρίτερο μια βδομάδα μετά. - Χρειάζονται 100 τηλεφωνήματα ανά απάντηση - Άθλιες εγκαταστάσεις (το λιγότερο αρνητικό) Specifically for the revenue department: - Rude and with weft. Την ενόχλησα κιόλας και λέει στο τηλέφωνο στη κυρά Τασούλα "ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο δε μπορούμε να πάρουμε εδώ μέσα". ΕΙΣΤΕ ΆΧΡΗΣΤΟΙ!
