★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its March now and I'm dreaming about going there again this summer with the wife and little one. I love my greek food, BUT this place is next level. Went there for 3 days out of 5, lunch and dinner for 2/3 days (the pregnant wife made me). There's a standard menu and then there's a daily menu- I let the wife order and was never disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The serving is impeccable and the dishes are pretty spectacular in terms of platting and taste. I have tried a very special tzatziki with beetroot and peppermint. Also, the octopus in aged vinegar sauce is very good and they have the most tasty grilled potatoes with mustard sauce. The dessert was very special also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with amazing food and friendly staff. Also the prices are very competitive. This is not a taverna, this is something more! I was absolutely enchanted by the food that I forgot to take some pictures. You should definitely go there.
The honey pork chops on the grill are to die for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thymari is a very lovely place, sitting under wine leaves and next to a spring. The people were so friendly and the food absolutely fantastic. It is a different concept with innovative and very yummy food. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is easily the best restaurant that we went to on the island of thassos. If you are bored of gyros and souvlaki, this place has exceptional meat dishes prepared with creativity and amazing use of herbs and spices. We were impressed by the originality and authenticity of the dishes.
