★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!σου ζητανε τα στοιχεια της καρτας σου να τους τα πεις στο τηλέφωνο για να κανουν κρατηση για μετα απο 48 ωρες θεαμα.Και που ξερω εγω τι ειναι ο καθενας να δωσω την καρτα μου;Να φτιαξουν συστημα να τα βαζουμε ηλεκτρονικα.
Unacceptable! They asked you to tell them the details of your card on the phone to make a reservation for after 48 hours spectacle. And how do I know what each one is to give my card?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοητευτική η πολιτική της υπηρεσίας! Υπάρχει προμήθεια ππυ αντιστοιχεί σε 1 ευρώ ανά εισιτήριο και μόνο σε περίπτωση αγοράς/κράτησης την ίδια μέρα της παράστασης το εισιτήριο μπορεί να πληρωθεί στην κανονική τιμή του. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της παράστασης και επιστροφής των χρημάτων, προφανώς και δεν επιστρέφεται το κόστος προμηθειών. Σε μια γρήγορη αναζήτηση στην ιστοσελίδα τους δεν αναφέρεται τίποτα σχετικά.
Disappointing service policy! There is a commission of 1 euro per ticket and only in case of purchase / booking on the same day of the show the ticket can be paid at its normal price. In the event of cancellation of the show and the return of the money, it is obviously not refundable the cost of the supplies. In a quick search on their website nothing is mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help. At the end of the day they charged 5 euros per ticket change, while it is clearly stated on their website terms and conditions that it should be 2,5 euros. It's not the money, but the principle involved. Never again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not able to put my comment with no star .. so one star is too much... bad experience with a worker that he asked us 5 euro in plus for each ticket cause the bus was about to close the doors we discovered that the price was in plus later on.. also he talked with us in bad way, a little bit aggressive... I understand the situation is not good in general cause the covid epidemic and it was so hot in that day but in anycase we are living in the same world...
