★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι. Σε συναυλία που πήρε 2 αναβολές παρακαλούσαμε εδώ και 1,5 χρόνο να πάρουμε τα λεφτά μας πίσω. Το φυσικό κατάστημα κλειστό, στο τηλέφωνο δεν έβρισκες κανέναν, στα email απαντούσαν μόνο μέχρι να τους στριμώξεις. Μετά ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση. Αφού μας έκαναν τη χάρη να ανοίξουν και να ξεκινήσουν να επιστρέφουν τα χρήματά μας, είχαν το ΘΡΑΣΟΣ να παρακρατούν το 10% της αξίας του εισιτηρίου ως "παροχή υπηρεσίας". Αντί να μας δώσουν και τόκους που δεσμεύσαν τα λεφτά μας τόσους μήνες, βγάζουν και κέρδος. Μια χαρά, κρατάνε ποσοστό από κάθε εισιτήριο το οποίο θα ξαναπουλήσουν αλλού. Διπλό κέρδος για αυτούς. Συγχαρητήρια ξεφτιλισμένοι Έλληνες επιχειρηματίες.
 Unacceptable. In a concert that got 2 postponements, we have been asking for 1.5 years to get our money back. The physical store is closed, you could not find anyone on the phone, they only answered emails until you squeezed them. Then neither voice nor hearing. After they did us the favor of opening up and starting to refund our money, they had the audacity to withhold 10% of the ticket value as a "service". Instead of giving us interest that has pledged our money for so many months, they make a profit. Fine, they keep a percentage of each ticket they will resell elsewhere. Double profit for them. Congratulations to disgraced Greek businessmen.

Εδώ και δύο χρόνια προσπαθώ να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω για μια συναυλία που δεν έγινε και ούτε πρόκειται να γίνει
και εδώ και δύο χρόνια κάνεις δεν μου έχει απαντήσει ούτε σε email ούτε σε τηλέφωνο για να με ενημερώσει!
Απλά ντροπή.
Unacceptable and not at all professional!
For the past two years I have been trying to get my money back for a concert that did not and will not take place
and for the past two years you have not answered me either by email or by phone to inform me!
Just a shame.
