★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και έχω πάρει μέρος σε αρκετούς αγώνες (ερασιτεχνικά) η ομάδα TihioRace ήταν από τις πιο οργανωμένες και φιλικές. Δεν δίνω το 5αρι διότι κάτι με το φαγητό στην απονομή με χάλασε.
Although I have participated in several races (amateur) the TihioRace team was one of the most organized and friendly. I do not give the 5 ari because something with the food at the award spoiled me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τους πιο σημαντικούς ορεινούς αγώνες τρεξίματος και ποδηλάτου στην Ελλάδα με μια πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία δραστηριοτήτων και διαδρομών. Οι αγώνες έχουν σαν αφετηρία το χωριό Τείχιο Δωρίδας και διαρκούν τρεις μέρες. Λόγω της μεγάλης ποικιλίας των διαδρομών και της καλής οργάνωσης η ανταπόκριση του κόσμου από όλη την Ελλάδα είναι πολύ μεγάλη.
Αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια στους διοργανωτές
One of the most important mountain running and cycling races in Greece with a very wide variety of activities and routes. The games start from the village of Teichio Dorida and last for three days. Due to the great variety of routes and the good organization, the response of the people from all over Greece is very great.
