N	Nana FLAMBA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλα οικοσκευή από Αθήνα στην Ολλανδία,υπήρξαν φθορές στα έπιπλα αλλά και σε μια αντίκα αν και ήταν ειδικά συσκευασμένη. Παραπονέθηκα, έστειλα φωτογραφίες αλλά δεν πήρα απάντηση από την εταιρεία. Αν και έδειξαν επαγγελματισμό στην αρχή,το αποτέλεσμα ήταν απογοητευτικό . I sent household goods from Athens to the Netherlands, there was damage to the furniture but also to an antique although it was specially packaged. I complained, sent photos but did not receive a response from the company. Although they showed professionalism in the beginning, the result was disappointing .

Είχα πολύ άγχος για το αν θα πάνε όλα καλά, αλλά ο επαγγελματισμός και η συνέπεια των παιδιών διώξανε οτι άγχος και να είχα! Όλα πήγαν τέλεια, τα πράγματα ηρθαν στην ώρα τους και σε πολύ καλύτερη τιμή από ανταγωνιστές! Χαίρομαι που επέλεξα μετά από έρευνα την tnd forward και θα τους ξαναδιαλεγα με κλειστά μάτια! Άψογοι επαγγελματίες! Μπράβο! Αυτό δε που μου έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση ήταν η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση, ήταν πάντα εκεί να απαντήσουν σε όλες τις απορίες και πάντα σχεδόν άμεσα. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! I moved from Spain to Greece in the midst of a pandemic in February 2021. I was very anxious about whether everything would go well, but the professionalism and consistency of the children drove away any anxiety I had! Everything went perfectly, things came on time and at a much better price than competitors! I'm glad that I chose tnd forward after research and I would choose them again with my eyes closed! Flawless professionals! Well done! What made a very positive impression on me was the telephone service, they were always there to answer all the questions and always almost immediately. I highly recommend them!

Πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν με όλα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα και τις διαδικασίες. Σπάνιο να υπάρχει τόση κατανόηση και ενδιαφέρον. Το κόστος ελαφρώς πιο οικονομικό από άλλες μεταφορικές (τουλάχιστον για Αγγλία). I was offered this particular transport about a year ago due to its impeccable service and now that I needed it it was confirmed. Very kind people, willing to help with all the necessary documents and procedures. It is rare to have so much understanding and interest. The cost is slightly cheaper than other shipping (at least for England).

Η μεταφορά ήταν για ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή και περιφερειακά πολύ μεγάλης αξίας και η μεταφορά ήταν άψογη και πολύ γρήγορη χωρίς απροόπτα. Ο Κ. Αλέξης που κανόνισε τα πάντα μέσω τηλεφώνου και μέσω email, ενώ η διαδικασία ήταν περίπλοκη λόγω Βrexit και λόγω της υψηλής αξίας των πραγμάτων, είναι άψογος και πολύ ευγενικός. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την εταιρεία για οτιδήποτε έχετε από αυτοκίνητο μέχρι ρούχα. The best transport company I have used in all my years in England. The transfer was for computer and peripherals of great value and the transfer was flawless and very fast without any surprises. K. Alexis who arranged everything by phone and email, while the process was complicated due to Brexit and due to the high value of things, is impeccable and very kind. I highly recommend the company for everything you have from car to clothes.
