Z	Zoe Skrivanou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ξεκινήσω λέγοντας πως είναι πελάτισσα στο φαρμακείο από τότε που άνοιξε στο Αιγάλεω. Διατηρώ μέχρι και κάρτα στο κατάστημα. Έχω ξοδέψει εκατοντάδες ευρώ σε καλλυντικά και φάρμακα. Το φαρμακείο διαθέτει μεγάλη ποικιλλία σε όλα τα είδη υγείας, υγιεινής και περιποίησης, ενώ ανα διαστήματα έχει και πολύ καλές προσφορές. Χθες μετά από τόσο καιρό απογοητεύτηκα πολύ από τη μεταχείριση της κοπέλας που με εξυπηρέτησε τόσο που γράφω αυτήν την κριτική. Βγαίνοντας από το μετρό και επιστρεφοντας από τη δουλειά μου (ώρα 15:45) πήγα στο κατάστημα για ένα αντηλιακό. Αμέσως με προσέγγισε η υπάλληλος. Της εξήγησα ότι ήθελα ένα αντηλιακό προσώπο πιο budget friendly από αυτό που έχω με τιμή γύρω στα 15 ευρώ. Της εξηγώ ότι θέλω κάτι λεπτόρευστο και με matte αποτέλεσμα. Μου δείχνει ένα προϊόν μόνο της freezyderm και το πηγαίνει στο ταμείο. Όταν ζητάω λοιπόν και κάποια άλλη επιλογή (βλέπετε η freezyderm αν και ελληνική εταιρεία δεν αναφέρει ανοιχτά τα συστατικά με αποτέλεσμα να μην γνωρίζω τι φίλτρα χρησιμοποιεί και για εμένα έχει σημασία γιατί συγκρεκριμένα φίλτρα "χλωριώνουν" τα κοράλια βλάπτοντας τη θαλλάσια ζωή. Αυτά δεν τα είπα σε εκείνη ζήτησα απλώς και άλλη επιλογή.) φωνάζει μπροστά μου τη συνάδελφό της και της λέει με απότομο ύφος: "Ανέλαβε την κυρία γιατί δεν καταλαβαίνω τι θέλει ". Αρχικά δεν θεωρώ ότι ζήτησα κάτι παράλογο και δεύτερον δεν νομίζω ότι υπήρχε μόνο ένα αντιηλιακό σε αυτό το budget. Με εξυπηρέτησε άλλη συνάδελφος και έφυγα χωρίς να δώσω έκταση. Δεν ξέρω αν θα ξαναπάω στο φαρμακείο αυτό. Στο μετρό του Αιγάλεω υπάρχουν και άλλα φαρμακεία αλλά προτιμούσα αυτό που ήμουν χρόνια πελάτισσα. Επίσης πήγαινα στο φαρμακείο, ενώ μπορώ να βρω τα ίδια προϊόντα φθηνότερα διαδικτυακά, για να ενισχύσω μία "φυσική" επιχείριση και για την επαφή με ένα πρόσωπο σε σχέση με την απρόσωπη αγορά ηλεκτρονικά. Αντικρύζοντας αυτή τη μεταχείριση δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχει λόγος για τέτοιου είδους ευαισθησίες. Λυπάμαι που χρειάζεται να γράψω αυτή την κριτική για μία επιχείριση που εκτιμώ. Yesterday, after so long, I was very disappointed with the treatment of the girl who served me so well that I am writing this review. Leaving the subway and returning from work (time 15:45) I went to the store for a sunscreen. The clerk approached me immediately. I explained to her that I wanted a sunscreen face more budget friendly than the one I have with a price around 15 euros. I explain to her that I want something thin and with a matte result. He shows me only a freezyderm product and goes to the checkout. So when I ask for another option (you see freezyderm although a Greek company does not openly mention the ingredients so I do not know what filters it uses and for me it matters because specific filters "chlorinate" the corals harming marine life. I did not say that I just asked her for another choice.) she shouts in front of me her colleague and says abruptly: "Take over the lady because I do not understand what she wants". At first I do not think I asked for something irrational and secondly I do not think there was only one sunscreen in this budget. Another colleague served me and I left without giving an extension. I do not know if I will go to this pharmacy again. There are other pharmacies in the metro of Egaleo but I preferred what I was a customer for years. I also went to the pharmacy, while I can find the same products cheaper online, to enhance a "natural" business and to contact a person in relation to the faceless purchase online. Seeing this treatment, I do not think there is any reason for such sensitivities. I'm sorry I need to write this review for a business I appreciate.
