Staff should also be aware of online booking and not say "I do not understand what you are asking and I do not understand" and hang up abruptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο προσωπικό στο παράρτημα στα ψαράδικα.. ειδικά ο κύριος εκεί ήταν μέσα στα νεύρα μόνο που δεν με πλάκωσε επειδή έκανα ένα λάθος.. κρίμα ένα τόσο καλό πρακτορείο να εχει το χειρότερο προσωπικό να "εξυπηρετεί " τον κόσμο..
Unacceptable staff in the branch in the fishmongers .. especially the gentleman there was on my nerves only he did not flatter me because I made a mistake .. it is a pity that such a good agency has the worst staff to "serve" the people ..
