Having rented cars in several countries around the world, this was by far my worst experience. The staff are scathing, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I rented a car to surprise my parents, in order to take them to Oia. First off, the young man behind the desk was extremely derogatory and belittling in his mannerisms, to two young, lone females. We rented a beautiful little Renault Twingo. The staff did not check the vehicle. However, my Father and I thought best to check it and take video evidence. We noticed a small scratch on the front right wheel, approx 1cm long. Unfortunately, my Mother took ill and we were not even able to use the car. Due to this, I took it back early the next day, with my Father. The "owner" of the rental place came out to check the car and made a direct route towards the scratch! Convenient. How did he know it was there, having not checked the car? He accused me of making it, which of course, I profusely denied. He then got the other guy to come out, who began making claims that "you told me yesterday you don't know how to drive manual and you're uncomfortable driving, that's how you scratch it." Given that I have driven manual for 14 years and driven through the African grasslands, Blueridge Parkway, Bosnia, Egypt.. I highly doubt I'd be uncomfortable driving on the placid Isle of Santorini!! Overall, other than a lovely little car, the experience was a completely negative one. My advice to you would be to invest your money in a reputable car company. There are two more in the area that would be much more worth your while. Perhaps, a lesson in honesty, integrity and good customer service would help improve your business!

I use them for their car rental service on two separate occasions. They had very fair prices and they accommodated me nicely.

The man in this agency sold us a ticket knowingly mislead me as by selling us discounted ferry tickets which we then had to pay full price for on the ferry. Thank you for taking the time to give a reply after 9 MONTHS!! Of course we always showed our student card, every time requested. When we bought the ticket and when we were asked in the ferry. We are students, we are just not Greek students and the person that sold us the ticket in your agency knew this. He said it was ok to have these tickets even when I mentioned that I didn't think those ferries would allowed us. He was just after a sale. Really terrible service!! I would never recommend your agency to anyone. It could have save us the embarassment and the extra cost by being honest with us.

The representative arrived late at the hotel, without even an apology, but OK... After doing all the paperwork at reception, we walked outside to see the car. This is when I couldn't believe my eyes. The condition of the car was appalling, easily the worst I've seen in my life. It was a 15-year old Nissan Micra completely covered in huge dents and scratches, and I don't mean the usual small ones typical of many rentals. The interior had door panels almost falling out, same as the dashboard. I rejected the car right there, as I feared for my safety. If this was the condition outside, how were the other areas such as the brakes? I walked into town and found a better rentacar in a few minutes. There are plenty to choose from.

Service of this car rental agency was excellent!! We were assisted by employee David who was a gentleman and true professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. Upon arrival at Santorini airport David was waiting out front with a sign at 7am and was on time. We rented a Citroen C1 which was clean and immaculate. The process at that point took two minutes before we were on our way driving. Car was given to us with a half tank of gas and we were asked to return it with the same amount which is perfect. We enjoyed the car and were able to enjoy our stay in Santorini. Returning the car was as easy as possible. Our hotel was far from the car rental but David insisted that we can just leave it in a marked area near the hotel which they would then pick up(amazing!!) Overall I wish everyone who has provided customer service for us on our travels had the same professionalism as David he is honestly a genuinely nice person and will help to make your trip as stress free as possible. They deserve a solid five starts all the way through thanks to David’s excellent customer care. Thank you again David we will be renting from you again on our next visit to Santorini!

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I’m going to break down the entire experience. When I first contacted this company, their response and guidance was phenomenal. They advised me that as a foreign traveler coming to Greece, I needed to procure and international driver’s permit, which I did, to avoid any entanglements with law enforcement when pulled over. I rented their white BMW M3, displayed in pristine condition on their site at a reasonable rate. I asked for additional pictures of the vehicle and was advised they had no other photos available. Nevertheless (shame on me), I gave them a small deposit and secured the vehicle for a 5 day rental. Upon arrival at JTR (Santorini Airport), I was met by an individual (as promised). He was incredibly rude. There’s just no other way to describe it. We were walked to the car. The car was in absolutely abysmal shape, and I have photos to prove it. Some of the damage/issues included (but was definitely not limited to): 1. The wheels were so severely rashed it was disturbing. The tires were BALD. 2. The seats were badly ripped. 3. The steering wheel was wrapped to hide terrible damage. 4. The stick shift was very loose, and aftermarket (not in a good way) 5. Buttons inside the vehicle were smashed. 6. The key fob itself was smashed and had no locking/unlocking function. 7. Locking the door was impossible - the key would become permanently stuck in the tumbler. Attempting to remove the key would result in the tumbler sliding out. This also would cause the convertible function to “perma-engage”, whereby every time I closed the roof, it would auto open upon exiting the vehicle. 8. The “lock-sticks” in the door would pop out completely if you tried to manually lock the car. 9. There was no windshield wiper fluid in the car. 10. The car smelled like mildew. 11. The car had less than 1/4 tank of gas in it. I was told that I could return it with the same amount of fuel. So the first thing I had to do upon arriving was find a gas station immediately. Very stressful. 12. The car armrests were totally worn down. 13. The car seemed oddly underpowered. Though ultimately I would state that the car was mechanically sound, I didn’t feel like the car was an M3. It felt almost like a re-badged 3-series, but I’m not really sure about this one. 14. The exterior of the vehicle had damage on almost every panel. Scratches were present throughout the body. The man who met us told me that I needed to take pictures of the car with “timestamps” so I could protect myself from being blamed. Additionally, when I asked the man why the car was in such bad shape, he replied, “What did you expect for what you’re paying? You Americans expect the world but don’t pay.” So rude. In case anyone is wondering why I even accepted the car: 1. Many of the above issues were not immediately apparent to me, such as the bald tires, the windshield wiper fluid, the broken key fob, or the locks. 2. I was in a foreign country and had no idea if I would be able to procure a rental car on the spot, nor if this company would end up charging my card for the balance, regardless. I felt my hands were tied. I attempted to reach out to the company upon my return with a detailed recounting of my experience. This review does not completely cover everything. They have never acknowledged or responded to any of my attempts to reach out. Beware! I consider this company a complete SCAM based on my personal experiences! EDIT: 6/12/21 - After almost 3 years - I have received a response, below. I have reached out to them as requested. I am interested to see if this company does the right thing now. I will continue to update this review accordingly.
