★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners do their best to serve their clients. Quality of food seems good and prices are relativley low. There is room for improvement. Restaurant is recomended to groups that want to combine Japan and chineese dishes in one place. You will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had not ordered from Toyo for a long time but I can only say that it has improved over time. The food is excellent , the prices are OK and the delivery is fast and polite. However, I wonder what happened to the nice bespectacled gentleman who used to bow when he delivered the food.
