Μακριά από Toytomi αν πάθει κάτι ... απλά πετάξτε το . Unacceptable !!! They are useless !!! Thousands of attempts to get an answer on the phone, which in the end also to no avail. Ε	ΕΛΕΝΗ ΚΟΝΤΟΥΛΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω 2 μήνες για κλιματιστικό Toyotomi που δεν δουλεύει μετά από ένα χρόνο εντός εγγύησης, κατάφερα να πιάσω γραμμή πριν μία εβδομάδα, μου είπαν θα με καλέσουν μία μέρα πριν έρθουν οι τεχνικοί και προσπαθώ από εχθές να τους καλέσω πάλι και τίποτα!!! Τραγικοί... Trying to contact 2 months for a Toyotomi air conditioner that doesn't work after one year under warranty, I managed to get a line a week ago, they told me they would call me the day before the technicians arrived and try yesterday to call them again and nothing !!! Tragic ...
z	zoi diamond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι - άσχετοι - ψεύτες!!! Έχω air condition σειράς Izuru. Σταμάτησε να δουλεύει μετά από μερικούς μήνες. Ήρθαν, ξανάρθαν, δεν έβρισκαν τίποτα! Ο συμπιεστής του εξωτερικού μηχανήματος έχει θεωρητικά εγγύηση 5 χρόνια αλλά δεν σου λέει κανείς ότι πρέπει ετησίως να τους τα σκας για συντήρηση για να ισχύει η εγγύηση (το γράφει στα ψιλά γράμματα). Το έμαθα οταν, μετά από 3,5 χρόνια κάποιος επαγγελματίας και σχετικός τεχνικός μου έιπε ότι εκεί ήταν το πρόβλημα, οπότε και χρειάστηκα την εγγύηση. Καθόλου επαγγελματίες! Μακριά! Unacceptable - irrelevant - liars !!! I have air conditioner of Izuru series. He stopped working after a few months. They came, they came again, they found nothing! The compressor of the external machine theoretically has a 5-year warranty, but no one tells you that you have to give them a year for maintenance in order for the warranty to be valid (it says it in fine print). I found out when, after 3.5 years, a professional and relevant technician told me that there was a problem, so I needed the guarantee. Not at all professionals! Away!

Επικοινώνησα με το τμήμα τον ανταλλακτικών και έκλεισα τηλεφωνικά την παραγγελία. Χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση, άμεσα. Βέβαια να πω ότι το ανταλλακτικό ήταν αρκετά ακριβό, δεδομένου ότι ήταν ένα κομμάτι πλαστικό. Recently I had to replace the metope (door for filters) in an air conditioner I have, because it broke. I contacted the spare parts department and closed the order by phone. Without any delay, immediately. Of course I have to say that the spare part was quite expensive, since it was a piece of plastic.

Επί του παρόντος έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη . Επαγγελματίες και δίπλα στον πελάτη. After buying a Toyotomi air conditioner they had to come for further clarifications and they came immediately not only that but they explained to me in detail what I wanted. At the moment I was very happy. Professionals and next to the client.
R	Robert Sokolove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have my doubts about quality of new toyotomi inverter AC's. One of my 5 toyotomi's is an inverted.Within 6 weeks of installation the main board was fried. Replaced under warranty only to fry again last week. According to Toyotomi it's DEH fault because of power surges. If that's the case why are the other 4 ok?? repair cost €280,00 toyotomi only willing to help with €40.00 discount
