Με πήραν τηλέφωνο ζήτησα αυτό που χρειαζόμουν και σε 2 ημέρες το είχα στο σπίτι!!! 21/4/2022 Εστειλα παλι email για τεχνικό πρόβλημα στη φτερωτη. Ηρθαν 2 τεχνικοί πολύ καλά παιδιά και επαγγελματίες μάστορες! Εκαναν πολύ καλη και καθαρη δουλεια. Τους ευχαριστώ!!! I sent an email and I was served immediately. They called me and asked for what I needed and in 2 days I had it at home !!! 21/4/2022 I sent an email again for a technical problem with the impeller. 2 technicians, very good guys and professional craftsmen came! They did a very good and clean job. Thank you !!!
G	Giannis Tolios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προέκυψε βλάβη σε ένα καινούριο κλιματιστικό της εταιρείας, το οποίο εγκαταστάθηκε πριν ένα μήνα. Η υποστήριξη πελατών είναι ουσιαστικά ανύπαρκτη, καθώς δεν απαντάει κανείς στα τηλέφωνα, και η κλήση είναι διαρκώς σε αναμονή! Αναρωτιέμαι ειλικρινά αν έφυγαν όλοι για διακοπές και άφησαν απλά ενεργό το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο. Ντροπή! A new air conditioner of the company, which was installed a month ago, broke down. Customer support is virtually non-existent, as no one answers the phones, and the call is constantly on hold! I honestly wonder if everyone went on vacation and just left their call center active. Shame!
A	Akis Skavdis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους καλούσα επανειλημμένα για μέρες και κάθε φορά το έπιανε ένας νεαρός ο οποίος μου έλεγε πως ανέμενε απάντηση για το γ***** ανταλλακτικό που ζητάω!!!! Εν τω μεταξύ φαινόταν ο τύπος από τον τρόπο που μιλούσε ότι δεν είχε ασχοληθεί καν!!!Του ζήτησα να το παραγγείλουμε από το ίδιο το εργοστάσιο και τι μου απάντησε ρε παιδιά;;;Πως θα κάνει έξι ολόκληρους μήνες για να έρθει!!!! Μιλάμε εντάξει οι άνθρωποι εκεί μέσα είναι απίστευτοι!!! Ούτε το δημόσιο τέτοιες καταστάσεις !!!Σκερτσάκια του Χταπόδια και του Κοψιάλη όλοι τους εκεί μέσα... V	Vassilia Fassouli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ κλιματιστικο 1000 ευρω εκανε θόρυβο. Μετά από τάμα, πιάσαμε γραμμή στο τμήμα ανταλλακτικών, γτ το άλλο νούμερο είναι σα να μην υπάρχει. Μας έστειλαν έναν άθλιο εξωτερικό συνεργάτη που μας είπε ότι φταίει το μοτέρ και εξαφανίστηκε. Μετά από 2ο γύρο προσπαθειών, μιλήσαμε με έναν υπεύθυνο. Μας έστειλε πάλι συνεργάτες του, είπαν πως ήθελε αλλαγή η φτερωτή. Μετά από 1 μήνα αναμονή, επικοινώνησα πάλι εγώ, για να μου πουν ότι δεν έχουν ανταλλακτικό γτ το κλιματιστικο είναι παλιό. Πήραν και 42 ευρώ για την επίσκεψη, μας άφησαν και το κλιματιστικο ξεκαπακωτο με τη δικαιολογία ότι θα έρθουν πάλι με το ανταλλακτικό. Και τελικά δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Περάσαμε καύσωνα με 45 βαθμούς χωρίς κλιματιστικό εξαιτίας τους.. air conditioner 1000 euros made noise. We went through a heat with 45 degrees without air conditioning because of them ..
Α	Αντρέας Σαρρής on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω τις κακές αξιολογήσεις που υπάρχουν. Σήκωσαν αμέσως το τηλέφωνο, με ενημέρωσαν για την χρέωση της επίσκεψης τεχνικού και με ενημέρωσαν ότι λόγω φόρτου εργασίας θα έρθουν μετά από 3- 4 μέρες για την βλάβη του κλιματιστικού μου. Όντως σε 2 μέρες με πήρε τηλέφωνο ο τεχνικός και κλείσαμε ραντεβού για την επόμενη μέρα. Ήρθε άψογα οργανωμένος και στην ώρα του, με όλα τα ανταλλακτικά που ίσως χρειαζόταν για την βλάβη και σε μισή ώρα όλα έτοιμα. Απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος I really can not understand the bad reviews that exist. They immediately picked up the phone, informed me about the charge for the technician's visit and informed me that due to workload they will come after 3-4 days for the damage of my air conditioner. Indeed, in 2 days the technician called me and we made an appointment for the next day. He came perfectly organized and on time, with all the spare parts he might need for the damage and in half an hour everything was ready. Totally satisfied
