M	Maria Nikiforou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω να πω θετικά για τις τιμές και την ποικιλία των παιχνιδιών αλλά και την τηλεφωνική ανταπόκριση. Όμως έχω να πω τα χειρότερα για την πολιτική αλλαγής και αντικατάστασης προϊόντος. Για να αλλάξω ένα δώρο, έπρεπε να στείλω φωτογραφία το προϊόν για να βεβαιωθούν ότι είναι σε καλή κατάσταση, κατόπιν να παραλάβουν το προϊόν για να ελέγξουν ξανά την κατάσταση, στη συνέχεια να καταθέσω 5 ευρώ για να γίνει η αλλαγή και μετά να παραλάβω το νέο προϊόν, το οποίο μου ήρθε μισοανοιγμένο.. Από τη μία έχουν τόσο αυστηρή πολιτική αλλαγής προϊόντος, η οποία χρεώνει τον αποδέκτη του δώρου, τον υποχρεώνει να περιμένει 15-17 μέρες για να παραλάβει το νέο προϊόν, αφού προηγουμένως έχει περάσει από ολόκληρη διαδικασία για να δώσει το προηγούμενο και από την άλλη, οι ίδιοι παραδίδουν ένα προϊόν που δεν έχει άρτια συσκευασία.. I have positive things to say about the prices and the variety of games as well as the telephone response. But I have the worst to say about product change and replacement policy. To change a gift, I had to send a photo of the product to make sure it is in good condition, then pick up the product to check the status again, then deposit 5 euros to make the change and then receive the new product, which came to me half open .. On the one hand they have such a strict product change policy, which charges the recipient of the gift, forces him to wait 15-17 days to receive the new product, having previously gone through the whole process for to give the former and on the other hand, they deliver a product that is not well packaged ..

Immediate delivery, careful packaging! The products I got were at a very good price too! I will always do a search in their store for what I am looking for!

Δεν έλειπε τίποτα , συσκευασμένα με μέγιστη περιποίηση . Οι τιμές απίστευτες , η επικοινωνία άριστη και άμεση . Όλα τέλεια . Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω με κλειστά μάτια . Αξίζει παραπάνω και από 5 αστέρια ! I live in Athens and everything came long before the possible date of receipt, even some products (toys) that were not immediately available ... There was nothing missing, packed with maximum care. The prices are incredible, the communication is excellent and direct. Everything is perfect . I will prefer it again with my eyes closed. Worth more than 5 stars!

Σίγουρα η πρώτη μου επιλογή από εδώ και πέρα για οποιαδήποτε αγορά αφορά τους μικρούς μας ήρωες. ❤️ I wanted to put 10 stars but the limit is 5 !!! We just received the gift of our little one. Excellent organization and delivery and without delays. Definitely my first choice from now on for any purchase for our little heroes. ❤️

Είχα αργότερη ημερομηνία παράδοσης στην Αθήνα στις 23/12/2021 και είναι 30/12/2021 χωρίς να έχω παραλάβει το δέμα μου. Η μόνη επιλογή που μου έδωσαν τηλεφωνικώς είναι να περιμένω με άγνωστη ημερομηνία παράδοσης. Απαράδεκτοι. Unacceptable expectation from Speedex with which TOYS24 cooperates. I had a later delivery date in Athens on 23/12/2021 and it is 30/12/2021 without receiving my parcel. The only option they gave me over the phone is to wait with an unknown delivery date. Unacceptable.
P	Panos Vagenas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλά τιμές, πολύ καλή οργάνωση με άμεση ενημέρωση για την παραγγελία κ τυχόν ελλείψεις προϊόντων. Επίσης η επικοινωνία απροβληματιστη οταν χρειάστηκε να συνεννοηθούμε για ένα από τα προϊόντα. Θα ξαναγορασω σίγουρα. Good prices, very good organization with immediate information on the order and any shortages of products. Also the communication was trouble-free when we had to agree on one of the products. I will definitely buy again.
Π	ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΑ ΧΗΤΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων και καλές τιμές. Έκανα ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία, με ενημέρωναν με email για την πορεία της, σε πρόβλημα που προέκυψε μου τηλεφώνησαν ώστε να λυθεί άμεσα και να φύγει η παραγγελία το συντομότερο δυνατο και πράγματι παρέλαβα σε τρεις εργάσιμες. Τα προϊόντα ήταν προσεκτικά συσκευασμένα για να μη σπάσουν (υπήρχαν και λαμπάδες μέσα) και ήρθαν σε άριστη κατάσταση. Quite a wide variety of products and good prices. I placed an order online, they informed me by email about its progress, in a problem that arose they called me to solve it immediately and to leave the order as soon as possible and I actually received three working days. The products were carefully packaged so as not to break (there were also candles inside) and came in excellent condition.
A	Akis Karezos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a product that was labeled as "Available within 4 to 10 days" and they gave it to the courier company the exact same day. It was nicely packaged and I received the exact product I had ordered. I would definitely recommend it, based on my first experience.
