We arrived in Crete and wanted to rent a car, the shop was the first on the avenue and we went in, the woman who was inside didn't stop to compliment us about how beautiful we are in goal to convince us renting a car from her. We heard what cars she has to offer and the prices and we chose a small Yaris draft vehicle which we paid 70 euros !!! After returning the vehicle, we walked the same street and happened to notice the prices of the other agencies, and there we were surprised to find out that the same vehicle we rented cost less than half the price we paid! It's just a shame to tricked on innocent tourists like that. Recommend not to approach this store and continue to the other agencies down the street
K	Kosta Ligris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to rent a car in #Greece and Traffic Rent A Car Crete and Mykonos is the only option .... walk or take a taxi. The only thing worse than the service and attitude are the cars. They rented me a Wrangler without an operable horn. The replacement had a headlamp that worked when it wanted. They have ZERO clue on their inventory and who has a car. The rep called me to go her office urgently and alleged i was driving w my leg hanging out a window (physically impossible) - and that they had photos of reckless driving the night before. When asked to see the photos - it was another car, different color, model, etc. - the response was a disingenuous apology for wasting my time, deposing me - these people are a JOKE operation. AVOID AT ALL COST - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM - DONT EVENT CONSIDER IT. ZERO STARS
b	bart meurrens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A yellow engine light is a problem but not a problem problem, no good info on the cars, high trates, our wrangler had a torn roof, bad worn seat, worn tyres etc…. We should have looked online at the reviews. They have a desk in the hotel and thats why we booked there

P	Pauldotdll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental I have tried and bad business practices. I rented a Suzuki Jimny to be picked up from airport. In the morning before flight, our plane got delayed by 2 hours. I called to say tell about this, and was told the car could no longer be delivered if the flight was delayed??? The guy I was talking to didn't even want to offer to leave the car with paperwork at the airport, and let me pay the next day. Instead, he offered to deliver the car in the morning at the hotel which I accepted as I had no other choice. I ended up having to take a taxi, 60 eur as it was some distance away from the airport. The next day, they had sent a guy with the Jimny. However, 20 minutes after the time we promised I had still not had any call about them being here. So I called back, and talked with the same guy, but this time he was very rude in his tone and said the guy already was there??? To my surprise, I found he had been sitting somewhere and waiting, but I strongly thought they would call me as they had my number. The car was OK, but that's it. The 4x4 system was broken, which I wasn't told about. Also, the engine sounded like it had seen better days. It still got us around Crete for a week, but I will never rent there again.
r	rsu rsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unreliabe car rental company, do yourself a favor and avoid this rental company.I have booked a volkswagen polo automatic 2 weeks before coming to Crete, the day before departure they wrote to me that the car is not available anymore and they will give me a nissan micra.I have asked them how old is the car and they did not responde to me anymore that day. At the airport a worker from traffic was waiting for us at the airport and presented us the car.A piece of garbage car from 2011, the air condition only works at full cold, the headlights are destroied from the sun and you can't see nothing at night, the lighter does not work so you can't charge your phone, the tires from the back of the car are slicks like the formula 1 car, the car is a danger for my self and for the others. I have tried to talk with them but i did not manage to solve anything.I asked for my money back and from 650euros they told me they can give me only 400euros back :)), scamers in all the glory. Please avoid this company !
A	Andreas Lanyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good service!! Natalia in Nana Golden Beach gave us a Big car for 2 families as it’s difficult to get such big cars in Greece. She managed to change the former booking and it took only 15 min. We had absolutely no issues. The price is way better than TUI. So go and book at her desk and NOT at TUI. The Gas and mileage regulations are super fair. We could give the car back late evening without any problems and we had no overcharge for this. So 5* for the price and the Service.
L	Leszek Szurko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I've ever dealt with. I rented a Toyota ProAce car for one day for 8 people (including 4 children). After 21 km the car stopped, we couldn't continue our journey - problems with gears. We called the company for help but unfortunately we had to wait for them almost 2 hours at 40C for a new car. They brought us an old Volkswagen Transporter with broken A/C and an empty fuel tank so we had to find a gas station first to be able to get back to the hotel. We have submitted a complain but the manager or boss of this company said they need send the car to the toyota's service to check the car. After a few days we got information that they won't return our money and we should be happy beacue they won't charge us for the gear reparations (I have a driving license over 20 years). We met other people in the hotel who had similar problems as we had. We wasted many hours and nerves to explain this situation. The owner of the company wasn't polite over the phone and he didn't want to listen our comments.
