Η προπονήτρια είναι επαγγελματίας και διαμορφώνει το πρόγραμμα ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες των πελατών. Έχει ένα χώρο για personal training και ένα χώρο για pilates reformer που είναι εξίσου καλός. Όλα τα υγειονομικά μέτρα τηρούνται, είναι εύκολη η επικοινωνία μαζί της και έχει ευέλικτο προπονητικό πρόγραμμα για άτομα που δουλεύουν πρωί ή απόγευμα. The place is very nice and neat with a wide variety of accessories. The coach is a professional and shapes the program according to the needs of the clients. It has a space for personal training and a space for pilates reformer which is just as good. All health measures are observed, it is easy to communicate with it and it has a flexible training program for people who work in the morning or in the afternoon.

Η γυμνάστρια είναι πολύ βοηθητική με πολύ καλό προγραμμα και στοχευμένη προπονηση ανάλογα τις ανάγκες του κάθε ατόμου. Πολυ καλή συνεννοηση στο θέμα των ραντεβού και των ωρών. Ευέλικτο με βάση τις ανάγκες του καθενός. Πολυ καλό και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Και για να μη ξεχνάμε και τα θέματα της εποχής είναι ένας χώρος πολύ καθαρός με τα μηχανήματα και τα βοηθήματα να καθαρίζονται μετά από κάθε προπονηση και τα μέτρα COVID τηρούνται για την ασφάλεια όλων. One of the best training studios I have ever been to. The gymnast is very helpful with a very good program and targeted training according to the needs of each person. Very good communication on the subject of appointments and hours. Flexible based on the needs of everyone. Very good and I highly recommend it. And not to forget the issues of the season, it is a very clean place with the machines and aids to be cleaned after each training and the COVID measures are observed for the safety of all.

Γυμναστές με άρτια κατάρτιση και γνώσεις, που δίνουν την απαραίτητη προσοχή στον αθλητή ξεχωριστά για την εκμάθηση κάθε άσκησης. Nice and fully equipped space, ideal for personal / group training but also for pilates. Gymnasts with perfect training and knowledge, who give the necessary attention to the athlete individually to learn each exercise.
