I visited this with my son and was disappointed to find the boss here quite arrogant and kept us waiting for some time before he even acknowledged us ?. He then informed us we'd have to make an appointment. All of this is a bit of a shock in a town where almost all others shops/services/restaurants are very service-orientated.
I know barbers are cool again these days, but a little bit of customer service would go a long way. If this place is just for Greeks, fine, but then don't locate in a prime tourist location. There are plenty of other barbers in Rethymno, try these instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rocked up this morning for a Greek cut and beard trim, didn't have an appointment, but they are so accommodating. Truly amazing job, really like the service, if I lived in Crete, I'd come here every two weeks for a perfect trim!
