★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Aufenthalt war vom 14.8.-28.8.2021. Die sehr schlechte Bewertung unserer Nachfolger mit nur einem Stern ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Zimmerreinigung und Küchenabwasch erfolgten täglich. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel alle 2- 3 Tage + zusätzlich bei Bedarf ohne Aufpreis. Professionelle Poolaufbereitung täglich. Landestypische Gartenanlage, die professionell gepflegt wurde.
Verbesserungspotential bei wenigen Details, z.B. Küchenausstattung. Tina (Housekeeping) war täglich persönlich ansprechbar, sehr zugewandt und hat unsere Wünsche, sofern möglich, erfüllt.
Our stay was from August 14th to August 28th, 2021. We cannot understand the very poor rating of our successors with only one star. Room cleaning and kitchen washing took place daily. Towel and bed linen change every 2-3 days + additionally if required at no extra charge. Professional pool preparation daily. Typical gardens that have been professionally maintained.
Potential for improvement in a few details, e.g. kitchen equipment. Tina (housekeeping) was personally approachable every day, very attentive and fulfilled our wishes as far as possible.
